Had a wonderful stay at Lixia Hostel. Stayed for two nights in the 8-person mixed room. Everything in the hostel was clean and well taken care of. The atmosphere was really nice, especially on the first floor, which is also a small coffee shop. Very well chosen interior and music – it creates a pleasant and calm atmosphere. Also, there is a very cute cat on the first floor.
The room itself had a decent mattress, plus a locker which you can put your items into next to your bed. Also, there is straight access to a small balcony to dry your swimsuits and towels, as well as a washing and drying area for your snorkelling equipment outside. The shared bathroom, shower, sink/mirror area was also clean. Additionally, the air conditioner temperature was just right, with a good dehumidifier next to it – so even with hot weather, you can have a good sleep.
The hostel is only a 10 minute walk from the harbour, with bike/e-scooter rental places only 5 minutes away if you don’t have an international driving license. Lots of options for food all around, a familymart at a short walking distance, plus a nice fruit shop just next door for a refreshing snack.
