We stayed at Amanda for 2 nights with one of our friend couple. First night, we stayed at the ”Rose City 2 Bedroom Suite” which was exactly like its description - 2 bedroom and one bathroom with two doors which was great. We really enjoyed the first night. The location is great - very close to the night market and all our outdoor activities. Second night, we reserved the ”Ancient Jade Villa” with a private swimming pool. We have traveled enough to know that sometimes pictures posted are outdated so we called the hotel in advance to make sure that it met our needs BEFORE booking. We needed two bedrooms and wanted to book the villa with the private giant swimming pool as it was portrayed on trip.com. We were told that it has two bedrooms - which unfortunately was not true. The swimming pool was not like the one posted on trip.com (they have updated the pictures now) When we told the staff that this was not the room we booked, they said that it was ”renovated” and that the pool was exactly like the picture. The picture of the pool was an almost full size pool that was rectangle and the room we received was a triangular jacuzzi sized pool in the corner (?????) *** I think the most unfortunate part of this incident was that the staffs were treating us as if we are stupid and kept insisting that the room we received was exactly the room on the picture.. (The two pool pictures are below) Thankfully, I'm guessing it is the manager but he handled the situation quite professionally and was able to accomodate us into two separate hotel rooms quite quickly. A frustrating situation was resolved very quickly with care and we really appreciated it. One other thing I'd like to mention is the breakfast restaurant staff's behaviours. - Some of the food were out so we asked if it would be refilled, one of the waitress replied to us that it will be. After 20 minutes of waiting later, we asked another waiter and he said it will NOT be refilled. But about 3 minutes later, it was refilled??? - We asked for some ice, and the waitress said ”Actually, you cannot actually ask for ice” ????? Some other minor issues were: - unstable electricity in the rooms (the electricity plugs kept turning off for some reason) - the lighting in the rooms were way too dark considering that the rooms didn't get too much natural light (to the point where putting on makeup was almost impossible) - the air condition system was unstable (it was either too cold or too hot) - the door handles were either broken or the screws were coming off and there were too many light switches that did not work or were confusing(?)

The hotel is located in Kenting, near the sea. The balcony of the room can see the sea, and it is close to Maobitou Scenic Area. The service is warm, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich. It is suitable for Kenting tourists.

Love the room and layout. Very spacious and location of the hotel is very convenient - minutes walk from the Kenting Arch bus stop; 6-8mins walk to Kenting night market. Uncle at the reception desk is also very friendly. Check-in time is up to 11pm, which is great for us. Overall enjoyed our time here very much.

The hotel environment is very good and the hotel staff's attitude is also very good. The hotel has a shuttle bus that can be sent to Kenting Street, which is very convenient. After we arrived at the station by Kenting Express, the hotel also sent a car to pick us up. Breakfast was delicious. Very rich

The price of weekday accommodation is OK, the price of the holiday is not ok Old hotel, basically, a lot of things are old But the air-conditioning refrigerator is quite cold, but the sheets are really not clean. There are yellowing, dirty, old sheets that really should be lost, they should be replaced. The environment is not bad, because the old wooden house has small bugs, but there are not many. The TV should be changed. It’s really bad. It’s not easy to remote control. Overall I gave 67 points.

When I checked in, I was fortunate to meet a beautiful sister who had just arrived there for more than a month to work. In addition to the beautiful people, she treated us very intimately and was able to put herself in the place for our sake! It feels like the perfect start to the holiday! After checking in, we found that the flashlight was broken. Fortunately, when the child saw it, we also found that it was not injured. We immediately called the front desk to ask them to replace it with a new one. When the hotel owner came to replace the flashlight, they also asked very intimately whether there was any injury. Warm, although the room check before check-in did not notice this problem, but overall it is still very heartwarming. On the day of check out, a lot of things have to be transported to the car, because it is not convenient for the car to drive to the door of the room, so we transported them one after another. Unfortunately... the indifferent front desk staff made us feel very strange, one man and one man Female chatting, ignoring the need for help from the check-out guests, which makes the overall check-out feeling not very good, very indifferent... Based on the environmental design concept, for guests with a lot of luggage or heavy luggage, the customer service staff can drive golf carts to help with great help. Unfortunately, when checking out, I encountered the front desk staff who had forgotten to take care of them.

Very good! It is a large yard of its own, not far from the main street, the hotel provides free bicycles, and it only takes 5 minutes to and fro. We booked a stand-alone villa, a family upstairs and downstairs are very comfortable, highly recommended

The decoration is warm and close to the beach! Suitable for parent-child! The boss is really enthusiastic! Upon arrival, the owner gave a plate of mangoes and handmade desserts similar to nougat. There is also a mask. When we stayed, there were not many guests, so the boss in the town sent us. Before we left, the boss sent us in the car. It was really thoughtful! Especially recommend this homestay!

The service is excellent. When we first arrived at the hotel, the exterior design of the hotel was really eye-catching, and someone immediately welcomed us to explain the overall itinerary of Xiaoliuqiu once again. It is a really good hotel, very recommended! !

We rented a four-person room, very wide, with a balcony to see the sea, and to watch the sunrise, but sometimes there was a smell of smoke. The room was basically neat and clean, but one day an injured cockroach fell from the split air conditioner, which deducted a little point. The service staff was very polite and helpful, taking us to the meeting place of the night tour guide and also helping us transport our luggage to the pier.
