During a five-day and four-night leisure trip to Pinghu with my mother, I stayed in an executive room at the Pullman Pinghu Excellence Hotel. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere and the rooms are spacious and bright. Hotel manager Joy Li's service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. This time it was my mother's 75th birthday. She had difficulty with her legs and feet. Joy contacted her in advance and arranged a room near the elevator to facilitate her travel. After understanding the guests' needs in advance, they also thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake and blessing cards on my mother's birthday. Mother was very happy and satisfied. My mother was very satisfied with the five-day and four-night stay and the considerate service before and after check-in. She will come to Pinghu Pullman next time. I would like to express my gratitude to Pullman Pinghu Hotel, Joy, and other hotel staff.
