Somehow I accidentally booked a pet room & the Guy changed our room & I didn't even ask for a change. He even gave us an upgraded room for the same rate!!! We Loved the view outside our window seeing some of the lit up places along the *****. We hit it right with this place not only being a nice place, but it's CLOSE to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff is Great!!!

Everything was very nice. Room was quiet, clean, spacious. The staff on the front desk and in the breakfast area were very friendly. Breakfast was really good. It was hot and plentiful all three mornings that we were there. There was a good selection of items: grits (2 flavors), oatmeal (2 flavors), waffles, assorted breads, assorted muffins, eggs, gravy, biscuit, and sausage, assorted cereals, and yogurt, butter, jelly, peanut butter, and cream cheese.There were also
four kinds of juice as well as both decaf and regular coffee and hot chocolate.
The only complaint we had is that there is no lighting at all in the sitting area where the couch is located. It was so dark that it was impossible to read while sitting on the couch. Having the additional seating was the primary reason for choosing the room we did (King suite).

We stayed with them this past weekend - there was sewer pouring out of the tub we informed them we had a baby they refused to issue a refund and said they’d fix it and the next morning it was even worse would not recommend them

Furniture was dated and had some flaws, but wasnt uncomfortable. Bed was good enough to get a full night sleep. Not sure if the temp unit was working exactly right but it wasnt a factor, (we were only at the hotel to sleep both nights). Had a smell once you got off the elevator but the room was ok. Bathroom was clean for the most part, had some mold in shower in afew places that my wife pointed out. Overall is was just average. Could be cleaner, could have newer furniture, and could have better lighting, but for the cost and overall experience, id stay here again. Was just fine for a quick weekend get away with the wife. We travel alot, weve stayed in way nicer, and also alot worse. So for the price we'd stay here again.

Everything was wonderful clean and neat. Comfortable beds clean showers. My only complaint the walls are so thin! We could hear everything and we could hear all the street noise, I doubled checked to ensure the windows wasn’t left open.

2nd stay here. Room had been remodeled. Clean & comfortable room. Day clerk, she was very friendly & welcoming. Evening clerks, both men need some customer service help. We didn't like the breakdown 2 years ago & didn't like it again this stay. No flavor with the eggs, gravy & waffles. Limited choices. Plastic utensils were toddler size!! Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very helpful we got a pet friendly room it was perfect. The continental breakfast was a bonus! Plus the smell as you walk in was very inviting.
