There are many things I'd like to rave about. Our room and all the common areas we visited were exceptionally clean and convenient. The breakfast bar was filled with hot and tasty cooked food choices. The coffee was VERY hot which is an absolute requirement for my husband! The staff was eager to make our stay very enjoyable and each of them was very polite. We typically stay in Hampton Inns (or other Hilton properties) when we travel, and this one ranks among the top!

I like the breakfast, interior design, beddiing condition. The two things i dont like are: 1) the air conditioner is a bit noisy. 2) the room is a bit small compared to other hotels of the same level i haved lived.

I did not like the breakfast options. The eggs were dry and tasteless, The oatmeal was thick and goopy, sausage was dry and overcooked, butter packets were too small and hard. The only thing that was halfway decent were biscuits and gravy

No service when the toilet got stopped up! Housekeeping did not clean our room! Toilet paper holder fell apart! Nasty disgusting worn out desk chair! Not like any Hampton Inn i ever stayed in before! In no way worth the price!!!!

Hotel clean comfortable breakfast added bonus breakfast staff very attentive but desk staff not very helpful on departure I asked about Hampton Inns in Nashville hoping to book ahead and staff member said she did not know of any in that area . My husband and I left I said wrong answer to question in route I booked a Marriott in Nashville

There was a leak above the toilet and we reported it. It constantly left the toilet and seat wet and I had to dry it off each time we used it. The internet was very poor. Connection was not good to the Honors network.
On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was well stocked and staffed each morning. The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and willing to solve our issues.
