The hotel is noticeable and is located near a busy part of the town. Parking is ample and front door drop off is available. The hotel itself, the building style and setup, is very outdated. Check-in is done quick, but not efficiently. The check-in attendants clearly lack check-in and customer service skills. I was not greeted as I walked in, and was almost given the wrong room. Once I was given the correct room and room number, no further instructions were given. I was given my room key and sent on my way.
The room was outdated, but spacious enough to accommodate four people. The restrooms lacked toiletries, such as shampoo and soap; considering that most hotels now a days provide full size toiletries. The bed mattresses were not as comfortable as one would like, but the linens were clean. The TV works well and performs as it’s intended to. The AC is outdated and loud, but it gets the job done. The WiFi did not work in our room, and was a big inconvenience. Room service is available, and prices are fair.
Breakfast was not how it used to be, although it’s complimentary, you have to ask for a breakfast voucher because it will not be mentioned at check in. It has a one hour complimentary breakfast time, and after that, breakfast is charged a la carte.
No ice machines are available and must be retrieved by the on site bar. Bring your own cups because they will charge you for plastic cups.
The Housekeeping was the most impressionable, as our room never lacked clean linens.
