"It's one of the very few times I write a review, but I was so "marked" that I couldn't help myself. I booked this Resort to stay in peace for 4 days. It's true that I happened to be there on the busiest and most requested days of the year, but I wouldn't have expected such chaos. in the pool that was also available to outsiders, from 2 pm, I repeat 2 pm, deafening disco music played until 8 pm. In addition, on the first night I found myself at a party where the music, always at very high volume, played beyond 1 am. Unfortunately, my room was near the party activity, and even if well soundproofed, it didn't allow you to eliminate the annoyance. I managed to move rooms on the third and fourth night and it certainly went better. as for the pool, every day I found myself and other hotel and external guests, with crowds of "thirsty beasts" wanting to make a mess, with shouts, dives, real water showers, there were people drinking in the pool and some full glasses ended up in the water. impossible to tolerate, the staff was definitely insufficient, on day 17, I counted over 80 people, there was only one guy who managed: entrance, entrance tickets, cash register, beach towels, orders, delivery of the ordered stuff. he definitely couldn't handle the pool situation, which I repeat at a certain point had become intolerable. Breakfast topic: good, abundant, perhaps with excessive salty pizzas, which being cold were not the best. punctually missing: teaspoons, butter, tissues (every morning). At dinner the service was very slow, the maitre, otherwise very good and only one waitress, very chatty and time wasting, who showed her kindness by asking ad nauseam all right? and justified the slowness by the lack of other staff. but go tell that to the Ownership, present in the room, and not to us. Food was quite good, with a treat that I allowed myself, the zizzona di battipaglia. super. to conclude, the structure is beautiful, the staff, without exception, is kind and helpful. the flaws in my opinion are attributable to the organization of the Staff, the distribution of tasks, the Management of the Structure, the common spaces. If there are rude people, who stand with their feet on the chairs and armchairs in the restaurant room, they are reprimanded, if there are people who shout, make a racket, dive, throw ash and cigarettes on the floor, they are reprimanded. otherwise you don't manage a Resort, you open a water park..."
