I stayed with my wife, sister, brother-in-law, and nephew in this hotel between December 30th, 2022, and January 2nd 2023. The rooms and facilities were very good, especially when you compare the level of service to the price you paid (50$ a night per room, including breakfast! And on new year’s eve!) Breakfast menu is average and includes an adequate numbers of options and variations. The pool is beautiful, clean, and spacious. But its only problem is being understaffed; there was only one guy who’s in charge of food and beverages as well as the towels! And the poor guy had to walk all the way up across many flights of stairs to get each order from the kitchen! He’s a humble and very helpful guy by the way, so be good and patient with him, Kasim you are the best! The hotel is isolated a little, but they provide free bus trips to Old Phuket Town on daily basis. We had a rented car so we had more freedom to move. Be careful while strolling at night, because you’re literally in the middle of a jungle, there are many kinds of insects and strange creatures roaming in and around the place at night, including billions of mosquitoes! Anyway! I’d definitely love to pay it another visit when I’m in Phuket next time, but only if I have a car or if I’m planning on having secluded time with my wife in the arms of nature.

Nice hotel and resort. Fairly private location and the main beach area can easily be reached via local motorbikes or the shuttle service. Breakfast was good and the pools were clean. Rooms were spacious and well equipped, although it would have been good if cooking was allowed in the kitchen areas. The shop was a good amenity, but not many items available and closed at irregular times. Overall, a good choice of a place to stay.

It was a very beautiful and relaxing stay. We had the Senses Suite which came with a jacuzzi and ample room space with living hall, balcony etc. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Everything is good except for the location which was quite far from the beach as the place is located on a hill top. Nevertheless this is compensated with a complimentary shuttle service which goes to Patong beach and shopping mall, Jungceylon. By foot, you will need 15-20 minutes to walk but by car, about 8 minutes. The swimming pool is huge and very beautiful overlooking the sea and town. Overall it was a really good stay.

I recently had the opportunity to extend my stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket due to a missed flight, and I must say it turned out to be a delightful experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our last-minute request for an extra night, ensuring a seamless transition to a new room. Although our new room was located further up the hill, away from the beach, it was a luxurious haven. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one would expect from a high-end resort. The panoramic views from the room were stunning, making up for the slight inconvenience of having to take a slow-moving roller coaster car to the lobby area. Speaking of the facilities, I can confidently say that they are nothing short of excellent. The resort boasts an array of amenities catering to various interests and preferences. Whether it was lounging by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or taking part in the recreational activities offered, there was never a dull moment during our stay. One aspect that truly stood out during our extended stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From assisting us with our luggage during the room change to offering helpful suggestions for local attractions, their attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. Despite the unexpected change of plans, Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket remained a five-star experience. The comfort and luxury of the room, combined with the outstanding facilities and the hospitality of the staff, made it a memorable stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is amaaaazing. It’s located in a quiet area and it is 5 mins away from patong beach. The neighborhood has whatever needed all within 5 mins walk. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The soundproofing is excellent. While inside, it’s like separated totally from the outside. Can’t hear no rain and no street cars. Staff were so helpful. I should mention the bell guy abdhakim (Dul) (attached phot), he was so helpful. He made my trip much much better. He even helped plan my trip, booking my tours, giving best suggestions. Other staff were extremely helpful and always greeting with a smile. Ameen ( other bell guy) and Ameey (receptionist) were amazing as well. The pool is great. Not too deep, but very good to sit and relax. I would rate my stay here 10/10. And would be my first choice if ever coming back here again. I would suggest for everyone coming to here

The hotel is so good! The room was big and clean. Cleaning every day. So close to the beach! Just cross the road and here you are. Breakfast was amazing! Really a lot if different food, so everybody can choose what they like. Wifi was workinv in the room in a good way! Tv as well! On the roof the swimming pools were working, but one area was closed. Maybe that area opens only for high season. But without that area it was still great! Definitely will come back here one day 😁😁 The only minus was that on balcony our clothes were not drying at all, cause the window was small and it was going inside (between the 2 hotel buildings) and there was a roof between the buildings, so, there was no any ventilation. So, the clothes were getting smelly instead of drying. 🤦🏼♀️ But there are other areas with opened balconies, so, maybe in those rooms there is no such a problem.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel until the time of our departure, the staff displayed an exemplary level of hospitality. Despite our scheduled check-in at 2 PM, our early morning arrival from Bangkok at 9:45 AM didn't pose an issue. Pia, one of the managers, went above and beyond by facilitating an early check-in, allowing us to rest and kickstart our Phuket adventure on a refreshed note. Pia's attention to detail was noteworthy; she discovered that my birthday was just around the corner during the passport details process. In a delightful surprise, she coordinated with my husband to organize a birthday cake cutting ceremony during breakfast. It was a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our stay. The housekeeping team further contributed to the overall warmth and celebration of my birthday by adorning our room with beautiful flower petals. The meticulous cleanliness of the rooms, along with thoughtful provisions like a balcony and a designated area to hang wet clothes, contributed to a hassle-free and comfortable experience. Zero complaints echoed our satisfaction. The breakfast spread was not only expansive but also delectable, meeting our morning cravings with a diverse array of options. Venturing into the Mala Spa for a rejuvenating treatment proved to be a highlight, showcasing the hotel's commitment to providing a holistic and enjoyable experience. Beyond the confines of the hotel, the provision of a pickup/drop service to Patong Beach showcased a commitment to guest convenience. The attentive and accommodating nature of the staff further enriched our stay, creating an environment of ease and enjoyment. In summary, my stay at Fusion Suites surpassed expectations, providing a harmonious blend of comfort, personal touches, and outstanding service that made my visit to Phuket truly memorable.

Good location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to taxi's and tuk tuks right outside the hotel. Hotel is ”tired ” looking - several areas in need of repair around the pool (damaged tiles etc) jacuzzi didn't work. The shower in the room was shocking. Very low pressure and temperature changed from hot to cold throughout the shower. The glass door also wasn't long enough so the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. Room very basic however clean enough. Lighting in the room was too low also which made the room seem rather dark. Robes,slippers and toiletries all provided and kept full throughout stay. More a 3 star resort than 4 in current condition
