ASHLEE Heights Hotel Patong Reviews

This is my 3rd time in Ashlee heights! I just love how it’s so near Patong and only pay 30 baht for each grab/bolt bike I take to and from Patong! The hotel is quite nice just that within this 3 years I went I’ve seen the growth of the hotel and also the con is that the second time I was here the washing machine leaked and flooded my place then this time the microwave and water drop from above and had to ask them clean and lost our first night.

On the second day of my stay, there was a water supply disruption. I was unable to use the water facilities in my room for about 3 hours. When the water supply resumed, the water was dirty and not suitable for use. I had to wait an additional 6 hours before the water was clean and usable. This situation caused significant inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, when I approached the counter staff for assistance, their response was quite rude and unhelpful. I hope the management can look into this matter and improve both the maintenance of the facilities and the service provided by the staff.

The accommodation provided an exceptional experience and was conveniently situated near Bangla Road. The family suite was particularly well-suited for a group of four or five individuals, offering ample space for relaxation. Furthermore, the location benefits from proximity to a high-quality cafe and a 7-Eleven, along with readily accessible, reputable massage services.

The room was extremely spacious and more than enough for three people. The location was also very convenient. I’d like to thank Roberto and another male staff member for their professionalism. During checkout, I was informed that a towel was missing and that I would need to pay for it. I explained that I did not take the item and believed it was a miscommunication. Although I felt slightly unhappy at first, both staff members remained respectful, did not insist further, and handled the situation professionally. I really appreciated their understanding, which allowed me to end my trip on a positive note.

Our room is a 3 beds room. We seldom leave negative feedback but this hotel I really need to say something to help it improves. First of all, for a room over 4000 bhat per night, the tv on the wall is way too small. You can’t watch it clearly from your bed. Second, we book it because it has bath tub, but it doesn’t have enough hot water. The boiler is not powerful enough so the water is always cold. For a room having bath tub but no hot water I think it is a joke. Third, the air conditioning is too strong and too cold, I ask them to fix it but they can’t figure out what is wrong. I have to help them point out the sensor is malfunction and sensing room temperatures is 33C while the room is already less than 20C, but they replace the sensor quickly after I point out the problem. Fourth, the breakfast is not reaching the standard for this price. The room equipped with fridge and microwave, which is good. Staff are kind and well mannered. But over all, the above 4 point is what I think the hotel can make better

The reception staff were terrible. I brought my coffee heater, and they claimed I was cooking, which carries a 3000 baht fine. When I confronted them and told them to take it and cook with it themselves, the employee stammered and said it was just a warning, then canceled it. The location is great, and it's clean, and the room is good. The only downside is their attitude.

The hotel is situated not far from Patong Beach, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as they appear old. Guests are required to pay a cash deposit of 500 baht upon check-in. The breakfast options are somewhat limited, including only bread, eggs, some fruit, fried rice, milk, and coffee. Additionally, I experienced a long wait during my check-in process.

The floor was not clean and felt sticky when stepped on. The pillow had an unpleasant smell. The hotel price was reasonable, but the management should double-check the quality of the housekeeping staff.

This hotel was just WOW! Nice and big bathtub. Everything was clean and the service was great. I asked for extra pillows and they brought it up immediately. Great location.

There are lice in the bed, there are lice in the wardrobe, the water is salty, shower water is less, very slow, WiFi is slow. I asked 5 hangers, no more hanger, I ask 1 more towel, no more towel. Customer service is lazy and rude.

2 people, 1 card - so dumb. The pool wasn’t working, what made our stay at this hotel pointless.

In front of hotel there is coin laundry. My room doesnt include the washing machine that i was seen in the picture. Ya…. Just regret this thing
