Super nice view and friendly people ! The food is great too. It is not very convenient to the Kamala downtown though, takes 15-20mins ride. Order a car via Grab 10 mins in advance.

One word can describe our stay at Paresa B E A U T I F U L! Our villa was at the furthest edge, giving us complete privacy and making us feel like we were really at the edge of the world. The angels who attended to us were also indescribably attentive to our needs before we even realised we needed anything. Truly amazing experience and would definitely be back again soon :)

We stayed in a cliff sea view room. I can only say that this room is really nice!! But when we first checked in, I don't know if the front desk discriminated against Chinese people or something. I made a reservation some time in advance and noted the special request for a wide view. I got up early to choose a room. As a result, I was given a room 303 with obstructions. A tree blocked one-third of the view, but the view was still beautiful. I also want to thank Ctrip for this platform. When I asked to change the room, Ctrip called the hotel directly. Finally, with the help of Ctrip, I was changed to 307 without any obstructions and beautiful scenery! ! ! Then there were 6 of us, and we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights for a total of 19005. The details before booking said that 1 room had 1 big bed and 1 sofa bed, and 2 rooms had 2 big beds and 2 sofa beds. The 6 of us could definitely stay there, but we were told that we couldn't, and we needed to add 600 RMB per person, which was 1200 RMB, and 3600 RMB for 3 nights. Then when we entered the room, they just made the sofa bed for us, and didn't add any other beds for us. The most disgusting thing was that when we took a shower, the water that came out was all yellow, and the toilet The bathtub was full of yellow water, and then I went to see if there were any other guest reviews. It would have been fine if I hadn't read it, but after reading it, I couldn't sleep the whole night. There was actually a murder in this hotel. Oh my god, I quickly searched on Baidu and found that it was true. I contacted Ctrip in the middle of the night to discuss that I must cancel the remaining 2 nights. After a long negotiation, they finally agreed to check out the next day. Later, the remaining 2400 yuan of the supplementary room fee was returned to me in a month, so I had to wait. If you are a young couple, I really don't recommend it. The environment is good, the kind that makes you unable to sleep. The pictures below are all taken by me.
