M Social Hotel Phuket

Completely not worth the price. Besides the convenient location, everything else felt like a hostel. I stayed for 3 nights and didn't request housekeeping, but the cleaning staff would open my door and come in to clean every day (which I found a bit intrusive). And despite cleaning for 3 days, they never replenished any amenities. From the second day on, I had to use my own toothpaste and cotton swabs. The bathroom sink was also very low-quality, looking like a temporary fixture, and the stopper was broken. The most frustrating thing, however, was... (see photos for yourself).

It was okay, good location, right by a mall and night market... pretty much the same standard as Atour hotels in China (clean). I didn't book breakfast because there's so much good food around.

The location is absolutely central, excellent! Service was so-so, mostly self-service. The room did have a bit of a damp smell, but the pool and breakfast were great. The color scheme is lovely and perfect for photos.

The room was nice and the service was great. The location is the best, very convenient downstairs with a shopping mall, 7-11, etc. It's a direct 10-minute walk to Patong Beach. The famous No. 6 restaurant and Two Brothers seafood are both within a 10-minute walk. The only downside is the balcony view, which overlooks a garbage dump, but it didn't bother me much since I was out most of the time and only came back to sleep. Breakfast was very mediocre, but there are plenty of good food options right outside. Highly recommended for those who prioritize location and love Patong.

The location is super convenient, right above Jungceylon. The soundproofing is excellent too, thanks to the double-layered balcony doors – it gets much quieter once they're closed. The hotel itself is beautiful, and my friend loved it. The bar downstairs is also a nice touch.

This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel in Thailand that looked nothing like its pictures. The balcony was like a prison cell facing a wall, and there was only one bedside table – I've truly never encountered that before. Are guests supposed to put their phones and bottled water on the floor? And the service was even worse. The hotel staff cleaning the room didn't even provide basic shampoo and shower gel. I asked them to replenish it three times, and they were completely dismissive each time. Twice, I even had to go down to the front desk to speak with them in person. On top of that, from the very first day of my stay, I only had one pair of slippers. When I requested new ones, they didn't provide them, and on the last day, they even threw away the old pair! What kind of service is this? There's absolutely no basic respect. Also, from the first day of check-in, I requested a room change through the platform, but it was completely ignored. I've never encountered such a terrible hotel. Avoid this place at all costs!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over the New Year and experienced exquisite service and warm hospitality. The hygiene was excellent, and the food was delicious. Its location right next to a shopping center is very convenient, and you can step right out to Patong Beach Walking Street, which is lively and bustling. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel offers a quiet retreat, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the beach. This area is the most popular part of Patong Beach in Phuket. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I don't really mind corner rooms, but I'm leaving this review in Chinese so my fellow Chinese travelers can see it. If you don't say anything, the front desk defaults to assigning you a corner room. The hotel lobby and front desk staff are all very good, smiling so much that you feel discriminated against and hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha And they put me in another building hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
