Good location, but you need transport (car or bike). To NaiHarn beach 7-8 minutes, to the fish market 4 minutes, to Kata beach 12-15 minutes. The hotel is quiet, only 19 rooms, 6 per floor. The rooms are quite spacious, ours was 40 square meters. The furniture is a little tired, but nothing critical, just tattered in places. We lived for 26 days, the bed sheets were changed 4 times. Room cleaning upon request, even every day. They bring water, coffee, cream, sugar. The room has everything you need: refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning. Very nice pool, big enough and very clean. Of the minuses: external air conditioning units are located in a common corridor and they make quite a lot of noise; if you sleep lightly, I think it will disturb you. We were fine. The pillows are uncomfortable and hard. They asked for another one and they gave it to me without any problems. In terms of price-quality ratio, I think there is no equal. For 26 days we paid 52,000 rubles.

In the picture the hotel looks newer than it actually is, but overall the price is reasonable. It is located 50m from the road, so it is not noisy, you will always find somewhere to eat or rent a bike nearby. Of the minuses, the towels are dirty, the room is cleaned only upon request, on the 5th day of our stay, renovations were going on above us, something was damaged and water poured from the ceiling, however, this was quickly fixed.

It was good that it was very close to where I wanted to be active. The facilities were generally tidy... but the water pressure was too low. I think the other parts were fine
