Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach

Everything was good as usual. Especially, swimming pool was fantastic!

Excellent experience at Marriott Merlin..My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves..shoutout to receptionists Dave and Elena..the kids club staff esp Aunt and Jenny.. and Sun from the games team.. My kids enjoyed the activities, kids room and teens room..my husband and I enjoyed the snorkelling.. Kudos to the service staff who were always polite and welcoming 👍

The hotel is fantastic with everything you need. They also provide shuttle bus to city Center where you can Jo for a shopping or massage. What I love most about the hotel is that you can conduct snorkeling there

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to the staff at the kids club, who were really attentive and caring towards the children, and the housekeeping staff, who helped to keep our room clean during our stay. The room service is very fast too. When we called to request for things, they’d almost come immediately. Besides this, there are a lot of activities for the children such as smoothie making, butterfly sanctuary and etc. There is also a private beach which is very well maintained and clean. Water activities such as snorkelling and kayaking are available at the beach. The only downside is that the hotel is abit secluded. It’s about 10-15 minutes drive to patong and there are no convenience stores nearby. Would definitely recommend this resort for families with children!

I was sick and couldn’t make it to Phuket. The hotel refused to refund my booking, not even a penny. And refused to speak to me because they insist I booked through Ctrip and can only speak with ctrip.

Room is spacious and clean and comfortable. Swimming pools are big with occasional serving of fruits and iced towels. The beach is beautiful and private with a lot of water activities provided for free. I also attended their yoga classes every morning by the beach and I went to the gym every day which opens 24 hours. Breakfast hours are long and the variety of food is impressive. I really enjoyed our 4 nights stay at this hotel.

We had so much fun at the hotel. Full of activities even for adults, we were too busy as we don’t know where to go, we have the awesome beach to go to, 3 huge pools to dip in, and great food in the hotel. We basically don’t even need to step out of hotel. We even can order food using foodpanda, and price was so affordable. There’s a few restaurants in the hotel as well. Bed and room was so comfortable. We definitely cm back again.

It was so nice. The view and hotel facilities was excellent!!! Especially, the service the people is very nice. It should be given more than 5 stars

There have three swimming pool and private beach. The buffet breadfas is very good.
