The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The only negative was that I did not get a Seaview room and had a direct view of the next door hotel rooms Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

A very good stay. It's super convenient, just across a small road from the beach. I stayed for one night. Luggage storage is available, and breakfast was decent. An airport bus stop is just a short walk away.

Location is good and convenient , room is large, despite old but kept super clean. Breakfast is simple but decent , good value for money. Suggest to improve the quality of your shampoo , it is really of a bad quality one. We bought our own as it is not effective at all to clean .

My parents were so happy staying at this hotel. They wanted to explore other location apart from Patong beach and this hotel is so good in terms of both location-wise and price. :)

Ideal location right in front of the sea. Large beautiful rooms with balconies. Lots of storage space. Nice staff! I always stay here if I am on Karon beach!

I booked 2 deluxe rooms with seaview, very disappointed that the rooms offered to me are not the rooms as the photos posted. I paid higher price because of the seaview. Seems this is not the same as mentioned. After long negotiation, nothing could be done. The facilities are nothing. The swimming pool is very small does not like the photos with a wide look. The bath soap just in a tiny bottle, hair conditioner and tooth brushes were not provided. I will not recommend and stay at this hotel next time.

Excellent room, the hotel is right across the street from the sea, the breakfast is good, there's plenty to choose from. Public transportation is nearby. Very convenient.

Facilities: The room was quite large and the value was reasonable. Area: The beach is just across the street from the hotel, and the hotel restaurant offers direct ocean views. Service: Excellent service. Everyone at the front desk was very polite. They must have seen my email and arranged a quiet room. I had forgotten a small item (a small one, but a must-have!) at the hotel. I checked out at noon and wandered over that evening to ask. The front desk lady diligently looked for it for me. Since it was a small item, I hadn't given up hope, but she actually found it! Thank you so much!
