Sheets, pillows, bathroom and drawers were dirty. Elevator did not work most days. Very noisy (elevator dinging loadly, staff talking/hanging out outside room, other guests coming and going through the night) due to very thin walls. The place is very run down and in need of repairs.

We stayed at Lucky Patong for 7 nights as two female travellers wanting a good value, central and clean resort. The room was pristine and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, mainly lovely ladies who make you feel safe and have a big smile on their face. The breakfast was amazing value, they really got to know what we liked and then tailored the breakfast to us everyday. Despite there being a bar downstairs we had no issues with sound. This hotel is so central it’s perfect to explore Patong and would highly recommend this hotel to anybody.

The staff is helpful very responsive but a lot of concern we left in perdans 3 nights.
Hotel pay in advance but we were asked to pay.
Lots of noise in the hallways at 3am.
I took gin and tonic, I was told 150 baht a glass, I asked for the card, it was displayed at 120 baht, 4 glasses that I paid for when the price was incorrect.
I have a bill of 240 baht I give 1,000 baht they give me back 260 baht and the person leaves .... she had stolen 500 baht from me ..... I had to call for her to reimburse me.
Finally full of problems of the kind and on the bills 2 times in. 2 nights

I had the pleasure of staying at the Lucky Patong Hotel in Phuket. The hotel lacks character, but it is very comfortable. The owners Kim and Peter are a delightful couple. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the sightseeing pavilion, money exchange booth, and many small supermarkets. Bars and halal restaurants are nearby. Walking distance to Jungceylon (a big shopping mall in Patong, lovely place), and Patong Beach. If I came back to Phuket, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.
