Hotel is crowded by Chinese which are horribly noisy.
The sauna was not available. When I asked the receptionist why it is not available, she couldn't answer, as her English was not good enough to explain anything to me.
I changed the hotel after 2 nights as I couldn't handle the noises anymore.
At least the location of the hotel is good.

Air-Con to cool down the room takes more the 3 to 4hrs to feel the coolest,TV not working didn’t bother to call the front desk to fix it up.

The staff were wonderful and so friendly. The pool was really nice and not busy at all. Close to the beach ***** with lots of amazing options for food, drinks, money exchange, etc. It’s far enough from Bangla Road and seedy areas to be family friendly but close enough that you can easily walk there if you want.

The hotel was really the highlight of this trip! The room was super clean and had its own small balcony, the water was clean, there was a swimming pool, gym, spa, and the breakfast was delicious.
