Personal bad, room clear is bad. Hotel is old

Hello Baan Krating Phuket Resort! We, a married couple, stayed here for 5 days. And we really liked it. The territory is very green - it's really a jungle. And the bungalows are very romantic and comfortable. The staff is very polite, with a great sense of humor. The breakfasts are very tasty, and in the cafe you can take a break from the heat. A small quiet beach is located on the hotel grounds. You can get to the store on a free shuttle, and at the reception you can take excursions. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday. Booked pavilion deluxe sea view for 7 nights, however we left hotel after staying 5 hours. 1. There are septic tanks under each room, so ofc it smells literally ****, even water in shower smells poo, hence body after shower too. 2. Swimming pool is disaster, hasn't been cleaned for months. Water, walls, floor of the pool became yellow. The floor was even slippery due to decent layer of dirt. 3. There was noisy construction 4. Due to construction the beach area and the sea was full of plastic bottles, bags, other garbage. 5. Breakfast was kinda ok but poor selection 6. Hotel's territory is not well maintained, same issue as on the beach, plastic bottles, wrappers, other garbage everywhere. Thanks to Trip for helping us get refund though for our non-refundable room
