Absolutely beautiful resort with friendly and helpful service, even during the holidays! Location is good for people who don’t want to go too far, just beach/pool/food markets/Muay Thai—so if you’ve already done Bangla Road or Phuket Old Town, this is a nice respite from all the crowds

Near beach, all staff speak English, room is good and very good breakfast. The pool is the best all staff is friendly. We will back when we come to Phuket

Rooms were tucked away from the street. However, the balcony was lit at night by the very close neighboring hotel, providing very little privacy. Breakfast was average. Pool bartender named "New" was very friendly and treated us well! Our room wasn't ready for check-in until after 2pm (several other guests had the same issue). We didn't eat at the street-side restaurant which had very little business. A small and very close-by street food market was a favorite late night hang-out. They had good food, music and a lot of business.

In a good location if you want to be near the beach. Breakfast is not great, but it does its job. Room and bed are OK, bathroom a bit sunken and in need of renovation. Swimming pool nice and small.

The hotel is opposite Karon Beach. There are many restaurants nearby, but it is a bit far away from 711 and it takes ten minutes to walk. The room is generally okay, but it is a bit old. Overall, it is good, but the check-in time on the day was too long. Check-in was fast at two o'clock. I didn't check in until after three o'clock.
