We stayed here for the second time. This time, we came to celebrate our 9th anniversary. The hotel kindly decorated our room and arranged for us to stay in the same room we had before, which made us just as impressed as last time. All the staff were lovely. However, we did experience an issue this time—the water supply was unavailable for about 3 hours. The swimming pool was also a bit dirty, possibly because there were many children (mostly Thai guests) using it. But that’s okay—we understand. We will definitely come back to stay again this October.

Aside from the hotel being a bit dated, I thought everything else was great. The staff were very welcoming; they came out to help with our luggage well in advance and escorted us to our room after check-in. Our room on the second floor, a pool-access room, was very convenient as it opened directly to the pool. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food tasted excellent. The closest 7-Eleven is about a 7-8 minute walk away.

The accommodation was perfect, various meals at breakfast, dishes were good and tasty. The location is calm and peaceful, a little bit far from main destinations, but we don’t regret anything. The stuff is extremely friendly, relate to you with a great hospitality. We need to leave our luggage for staying some days, as we departed to Phi Phi travelling, the stuff agreed with no problem. The room itself a bit old fashioned and tired, but it is still ok. Beds are comfortable still. Anyway, the hotel is nice and highly recommended.

The hotel service was decent, and the environment was standard. I chose this hotel because I wanted to learn snorkeling, and its location was perfect for that. The stay was good, and breakfast was also fine. I think it's a good value for the price and would recommend it.

The public facilities outside are quite good, and the environment is nice. However, the in-room facilities and cleanliness are just average. The room amenities are a bit old, and there are many insects and ants. The ground-floor rooms with direct pool access have a very strong odor, while the second-floor rooms don't smell as bad. Regarding service: I prepaid for a second-floor room on Trip.com. I arrived late on the first day, and the hotel surprisingly said they had no rooms available and gave me a ground-floor room directly. The smell was unbearable when I opened the door. When I inquired at the front desk, they claimed all second-floor rooms were occupied and said they would give me a second-floor room the next day. Other aspects of the service were acceptable.

Had a lovely stay at A2 Pool Resort. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the location, a bit far from good restaurants and shops.

Staying at A2 was perfect for our family trip! This was our second time. The breakfast was good, though I wish they offered cappuccino instead of just regular coffee. Room cleanliness could be better, but overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is by far the best one we have stayed at in Thailand. Hotel is not luxurious but in terms of cleanliness and friendly staff, it really deserves an applaud. It is located right on the highway and if you have booked the island tours, complimentary pickup is available. The pool is clean and kids friendly. They even allowed late checkout. 7-11 is also nearby about 10 minutes walking distance. A 7-11 kiosk is inside the hotel. Vegetarian lunch menu is also available with pav bhaji, stir fried vegetables and fried rice options. Really a great stay.

I liked the hotel even though I only stayed for two days.

This hotel is very good location if u have your own transportation. Although not located at touristic place but is recommended to stay if u want more quiet environments.Strategic location also, we can travelled to nearby attractions easily.The staff here are attentive and friendly.They provide excellent service. We stayed at cottage room. Room are spacious and cleans. Completed with basic amenities. Breakfast buffets is good . Will stay again when come to Phuket.
