The policy in question regarding disposal of toilet paper is quite common in some regions and is primarily in place for the protection of plumbing systems. However, we do understand and respect the discomfort this may have caused you. We are currently looking into potential alternative solutions that can cater to the comfort of all our guests without compromising the integrity of our facilities.As for our housekeeping schedule, we usually clean rooms every two days to minimize disturbance to our guests. However, we do offer daily cleaning upon request. During the checkout process, our staff noticed staining on a bedsheet, which appeared consistent with ink transfer, possibly from a new tattoo. As per our hotel policy, which is clearly displayed in guest rooms, there is a charge of 1,900 THB for stained or damaged linens.Our team communicated this policy at checkout and, understanding your concerns, offered a reduced charge of 1,000 THB as a gesture of goodwill.
