The room was really beautiful, and the location was excellent. However, it seemed like the room hadn't been occupied for a long time, and when I walked in, it smelled incredibly musty. The odor was so strong that I asked to change rooms, but the staff said they would have housekeeping spray it first. That didn't help much. Then they brought in scented candles, which improved it a bit, but it still smelled very musty. I couldn't get them to change my room. Honestly, I shouldn't have had to ask to change rooms at this price point; they should have offered it. This kind of service was quite shocking. I probably won't dare to stay there again.

Had a lovely few days here. The hotel is a bit older but very well-maintained, with beautiful shadows cast by the sun streaming through the corridors every afternoon. The breakfast was delightful. I highly recommend RockSalt right outside the hotel – a Michelin-starred restaurant serving local seafood with French culinary techniques and exquisite plating, offering immense emotional value. From 5-6 PM, it's happy hour, and I tried the 'Lady Nai Narn' (Woman of Nai Harn Beach) from their drink menu. It was half price and came with incredibly attractive and uniquely flavored popcorn (creamy curry!). I was thoroughly satisfied with the 'Lady of the Beach'.

The room is excellent, and the sea view is absolutely stunning. The towels are perfectly white, fluffy, and soft. The bathrobes and linens are all immaculate. The room cleanliness is 5 out of 5! The room's finishing materials are natural, and both the room and bathroom are spacious enough to be comfortable and not cramped. Breakfast is a solid 4.5 out of 5. The bay itself is one of the best in Phuket; the water is clean, and it's not overly crowded, yet there are still plenty of cafes and massage parlors. Plus, the hotel has two restaurants and an evening bar with beautiful views. I definitely recommend it and will be back again. It's love!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and polite. They guided me through the check-in process and even escorted me to my room, delivering my luggage directly. I'd requested a high floor, and they accommodated that, so the room view was absolutely stunning. Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their warm hospitality!

It is a boutique hotel by the Nai Harn beach. The grand ocean room is spacious and has a wonderful view that overlooks the Andaman sea. It was a pleasant stay

Staying for 5 days as an old friend from Chengdu. The breakfast service was great, and basic English is enough to get by. They also have a Chinese menu. Dinner is a bit pricier, but it is a 5-star hotel after all. The hotel staff proactively helped me with my luggage. This hotel was the most expensive of our trip. I stayed here last year and thought it was good, with a shuttle bus to other beaches where you could snorkel and see small fish. This year, the waves were too strong, and I didn't see any fish, which was a bit disappointing. The beach right outside the hotel is excellent, and the hotel facilities and service are also good. However, during checkout this time, the front desk insisted we had drunk a soda. Since our taxi had already arrived, I didn't argue and just paid. But we definitely didn't drink it ಥ_ಥ

This hotel faces the ocean, so the view is absolutely stunning. Perhaps because of its proximity to the sea, the room felt a bit damp.

Stayed one night from June 27th to 28th. The Naiharn Resort boasts an excellent location, nestled at the foot of the hill next to Nai Harn Beach, with its buildings cascading from the first to the ninth floor, reaching halfway up the mountain. Facing the resort, the sea is an inviting blue, while lush green trees line the back of the hill. The white buildings are tiered along the coastline, creating a truly magnificent sight! The pool isn't huge, but being able to overlook the ocean while swimming is wonderfully comfortable and relaxing. At night, the large platform bar lights a bonfire, and under the dim light, gazing at the distant stars and hazy moonlight feels like a dream. Breakfast offers a good variety – fewer options but exquisite and uniquely flavored. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. However, there were some drawbacks. The air conditioning noise was too loud, and the front desk staff provided discriminatory service. When we booked through the platform, we specifically requested a high-floor room with an unobstructed view, not a corner room. Yet, upon arrival, after some whispering among themselves, they gave us room 816 on the side of the hotel, where a water tower obstructed the view. When we raised our concerns, they claimed there were no empty rooms left on the 8th floor. We then asked about the 9th floor, and they said that was also fully occupied. We insisted on changing rooms, and they asked, 'What if you don't change rooms?' We replied that if we couldn't change, we'd cancel our booking and find another place. Seeing our firm stance, the staff member made a hushed phone call and then offered room 905 on the 9th floor. We accepted, and only after moving in did we realize that room 905 offered arguably the best sea view. We were puzzled why they would initially give us such a poor room when 905 was clearly available. Another small detail at breakfast also bothered us significantly. The staff served us coffee in two glass cups, but for European and American guests, they brought an entire set with a coffee pot on a tray. Service is reflected in the details. Guests pay the same amount, and the hotel has an obligation, and guests have the right, to receive equal and non-discriminatory service. We sincerely hope the hotel management provides proper training to the front desk staff to improve their overall professionalism. We truly wish for The Naiharn Resort to continue improving and become a hotel that guests genuinely cherish and look forward to.

The location is far from the shopping streets, so we had to take a taxi every day. There's a lake nearby, but it's currently under renovation with a promenade being built, so you can't really walk around there. The hotel itself is good and stylishly designed, but for me, it felt unwelcoming. The room layout wasn't very convenient; I constantly searched for a place to hang towels, and there were many protruding corners. The clothes dryer on the balcony was a very strange step ladder. The front desk staff weren't very polite or smiley and were slow to respond to requests. On the first day, we had an unpleasant situation with the room. Even though I saw many available rooms online during the low season, the front desk insisted everything was booked and they couldn't move us.

This was our second time at the hotel. Everything was perfect: quick check-in, a room with all the essentials (slippers, razor, loofah, toothbrushes, mini-bar, high-quality shampoo and body wash), and excellent service. The breakfast was beyond amazing. The views were simply fantastic. A big thank you to all the staff! We will definitely be back again.

Great beach, views and amenities. Just take note that the lift only goes up to Level 6, so if you stay in our room type, you would have to take the stairs up and down between Level 6 and 8, which is not a short walk by any means.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Phuket. It's quiet, never too crowded, and the views are absolutely stunning. Plus, it's really close to my favorite spot, Rawai Seafood Market.

It’s very peaceful at The Nai Harn. Food was great, with a wide variety of choice for breakfast. Staff were incredibly warm and professional. Oum at check in & Santa and Aum at Cosmo were all a pleasure to interact with.
