X10 Seaview Suites at Panwa Beach Reviews

Everything was excellent! A room with a breathtaking view facing the quiet Panwa beach. 10 mins. walk from 7/11 store and some small restaurants.

Good experience

We went there for our honeymoon. I loved the ocean right in front, and the sunset view from the veranda was breathtaking. We went during the rainy season, so it was a bit cold to play in the water, which was a shame. There's no restaurant on site, but there's a kitchen, and the microwave was convenient. For meals, you can either go to a nearby hotel or use the 7-Eleven. It's a bit far from other tourist attractions, so it's a great place for a staycation.

I really liked the hotel. The view from the window was impressive; we saw the Big Buddha every day. We cooked our own meals, and there was a 7-Eleven just 5 minutes away, or we could grab a bite at one of the nearby cafes. The private plunge pool in the room was very welcome after long walks and trips.

The hotel has a great location, with a beach restaurant nearby and restaurants in the center of Panwa a 7-minute walk away, along with Tops and a 7-11. The water on the beach is clean and clear. The tides fluctuate daily, but if the tide is low, there's a nearby beach just a 10-minute walk away. Upon check-in, we had some issues with the fittings and air conditioning, but the hotel staff responded immediately and fixed them. We stayed there for two weeks, having previously stayed at various other beaches, including Karon, Kamala, Patong, and Rawai. I recommend Ett Beach, which has the fewest people and the cleanest water. A taxi will take you to any other crowded location for 200-300 baht, if you're looking for a bit of a buzz.

The room was nice, but firstly, there was no hot water and the hot water facilities were broken. Secondly, the wifi was very slow. Others were ok.

The suite we booked this time comes with a small massage pool. You can directly see the deep blue sea from the room. The pool is great. There is a fine white sand beach just outside the door. It is very quiet and you can listen to the sound of the waves freely. Thai massage is also next to the beach.

Good place, good location, easy to travel, clean accommodation, good service, convenient and comfortable.

The conditions and facilities of the B&B are not up to par. Not recommended. There are good and cheap hotels 200 meters away.

We had an unforgettable stay at X10 Suites on Panwa Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the hotel's beauty. Nawalee greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel immediately at home. We could stay here forever The location is second to none – the beach is pristine and exclusive, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand. The infinity pool, right on the beach, provides breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Great views, polite and attentive staff (Donald especially, thank you), great access to the beach and a pool in the room. It’s not right in the center of Phuket which means that it’s a little drive to all restaurants/attractions but, on the plus side, it feels very private.

We stayed in these apartments for 5 days. We chose a suite with two bedrooms and an ocean view. The apartments are new and spacious. The equipment is good (we mainly used the refrigerator). The beds are comfortable. The cleaning is excellent. The view from the terrace, in my opinion, is the best on Panwa. The pool is very clean (we were always the only ones who swam in it). The beach towels are new (they were changed every day during cleaning). The beach is dirty, but they try to clean it as much as possible. There are pronounced low tides and high tides. Fortunately, nearby, within walking distance (about 700 m) there is an excellent beach Ao Yon, where you can have a great time. Near the hotel there are good restaurants and shops 7 11 and Tops, good massage parlors. The only significant minus is the construction next to the apartments. It is loud and throughout the day. But, this is rather a minus of the hotel itself.

Communication in English very difficult, aging equipment, noisy air conditioning, limited cleanliness (including individual swimming pool not swimmable), cold environment and decor, significant number of steps when you are downstairs, 30 minutes by taxi from the center of Phuket...
