The first night we barely slept due to the air conditioner, which was very old, noisy and blew directly onto the bed. And there was no hot water and the toilet hummed like a steamboat. In the morning I told this to the reception and they replaced our air conditioner with a new one and fixed everything.
The hotel is not new, there are many shortcomings, but they listen to your wishes and eliminate them if possible. This makes me happy.

Very noisy place - impossible to sleep in the rooms that face the street - the noise of traffic and the noise of the old conditioner. It is impossible to open the curtains, because the windows overlook the roadway and absolutely everything is visible. We changed three rooms (windows to the street and the courtyard), everything is almost the same. The air conditioner has to be turned off at night., because it's too loud to sleep. Imagine you sleep on the street. The rooms are clean, shampoo, hair dryer, water, kettle. Очень шумное место - в номерах, которые выходят на улицу спать будет невозможно – шум транспорта и шум старого кондиционера. Открыть шторы невозможно, поскольку окна выходят на проезжую часть и абсолютно все видно. Поменяли три номера (окна на улицу и во двор) все почти одинаково. На ночь приходится кондиционер отключать. В номерах чисто, шампунь, фен, вода, чайник.

Hi all. We vacationed in Phuket in mid-December 2023. Hotel Sino Mason. A hotel for those who want to spend the night, have breakfast and leave. The hotel is very clean, neat, always hot water, cleaning daily (replenishment of gel, shampoo, soap), change of towels and linen. Breakfast (buffet) is good, coffee, toast, pineapple, watermelon, rice, noodles, chicken legs, greens are always available in unlimited quantities.. The staff is very friendly, issues are resolved quickly. Massage parlors, 7/11, inexpensive cafes, night markets are all nearby... but it’s a bit far from the beach, you’ll have to walk in the heat. But we went to Karon, Kata or Freedom. 150 baht one way by taxi. (Bolt app). One minus is terrible audibility from the road. Our room was on the 6th floor and it was impossible to sleep. All night roaring bikes, tuk tuks.... if not for this, the hotel would be a solid 5.

Excellent breakfasts. Room cleaning every day. But a huge minus is the soundproofing in the rooms, if the room is on the road, you feel like all the buses and motorcycles in the world are driving over your head all night!! Even in the morning there is not a moment of silence!! It's a long walk from the sea! The staff themselves are friendly, but apparently you need to book a room at the river in advance at home.

Nearby, almost opposite, is a 7 eleven supermarket. Jacelon Shopping Center and Night Market are 5 minutes away. 15 minutes to the beach and Bangla Road. There are many cafes, shops, fruit stands around. Breakfast is monotonous, but you can always fill up. Scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, toast, vegetables, fruits (pineapples, watermelons, sometimes bananas), soup and something meat. I recommend!
