Resava initially confirmed my booking, but the next day I received an email stating it wouldn't work at Oceanstone because, allegedly, there was a misunderstanding and I should cancel. They offered to let me check in at Zscape Resava Apartments for 12 days and then move to Oceanstone for the last two days. The alternative was to cancel and find something else. However, since it was so last minute, we had no choice but to accept Resava's offer. At check-in, the staff member wanted a $200 deposit instead of $100, and when I pointed out it was too much, she said $100 was fine.
So, Zscape was okay, but not the standard we had booked for the price. We simply weren't given a choice due to the short notice! And the move to Oceanstone cost us half a day. The Oceanstone apartments themselves were okay, and the pool and gym were decent. Also, a week before that, I tried to book Regent by Resava Apartments, but strangely, the payment didn't go through... So, I do not recommend Resava!
