Great location. Room was 2nd floor (225)facing the side of building. rooms not big . and room aircond is bad. its noisy and it does not fully cool the bed area or overall room so couldnt sleep well. as it was only one night we didnt bother complaining. but hope they actually look into their aircond units. and we did ask to give a decent room before we come and remarked our check in date is actual birthday but nothing special was done. 😅

We stayed for 3 nights, and were surprised in the best way possible. The check in was eas, the staff was friendly and the room was clean, spacious and so pretty. It’s great located in old town Phuket, near cafes, stores and restaurants. I want to repeat my stay here!!!

The location and value for money are really good, but... the bedding wasn't very clean, and the air conditioning was so noisy it kept waking me up. Still, storing luggage and the lack of an elevator weren't a big inconvenience. The soundproofing is poor, so it was noisy.

Not bad, and the location is convenient. There's a coconut stand downstairs, 35 baht, super cheap. Phuket Town is also quite nice to explore.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean and well-maintained. There is a swimming pool on the property, although I didn’t have a chance to use it. One downside is that there is no elevator, so getting to the 4th floor requires climbing stairs, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

A lovely hotel in a great area in Phuket Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool, which is available 24 hours was lovely, very clean and provided large loungers and Umbrellas. We had a glitch with the air-conditioning failing to work on our 2nd day. They quickly moved us into another room with very little fuss. I highly recommend this lovely hotel with much Old World Charm

Stayed in a room on the 4th floor for 2 nights. This is a wonderful, quiet hotel right in the city center with beautiful architecture. The room with a balcony offered a magnificent view of Monkey Mountain. Daily housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels provided every day. The staff were attentive and very friendly. It was easy to store our luggage both upon check-in and after check-out. The pool is small, but it's pleasant to dip into on a hot day.
