Arco Phuket Town

1. The hotel's location is super convenient! It's easy to get anywhere in Phuket Town, and it's close to great restaurants and popular massage spots. 2. The decor is absolutely stunning! The color scheme and style are very sophisticated, with a lovely French, creamy wood aesthetic. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast is both plentiful and beautifully presented. 3. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even assisted me by calling to book a massage at a nearby place.

Very new and clean. It's also super convenient to get to Phuket Town on foot, and the town itself is very lively. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is great for grabbing essentials.

Pros: The pool is lovely, the room was clean and newly renovated, and the location is good. They even gave us a luggage tag with our name engraved on it when we left. Cons: Absolutely no one helped us with our luggage, not even a little bit. The soundproofing in the room was terrible. Staff were shouting loudly in the hallway around 8 AM, it sounded like they were right next to our bed. We could also clearly hear the 'activities' of the couple next door at night.

The hotel is very new, and the amenities are high-quality. It looks just like the pictures, and I've already recommended it. I'll definitely be back next time.
