The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping downstairs. It is only a few steps away. The hotel staff were very helpful. We arrived at the hotel. Nate and his colleagues were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and brought us delicious ice cream while we waited to check in. It was close to On the day of the store, when the airport drop-off man couldn't find the hotel, it was Nate who helped contact us. In short, he was very enthusiastic and made us feel very warm! Breakfast is also great

Architecture style good for IG photo taking (some construction still going on to make it even better) Location near to beach n shopping (hotel hv shuttle service) Children friendly Dinso Resort blessed with excellent service staff that always put on a smile, that helps to bring people back to stay. Restaurant food list delicious Our room is big, view is great - Seaview Few point for hotel to improve: 1) toilet seat have stain that can't be removed 2) table too small to and only 1 chair. As we call for roo.m service but no where can we seat to eat we are a group of 4 people, so we have to stand n eat our meal. 3) the air con sometime let out some unpleasant smell (guess is the drainage.) 4) when rain the front door will hv pool of water but later on the put a towel to stop the rain water getting into the room. Overall Dinso is great will stay again

It was a very beautiful and relaxing stay. We had the Senses Suite which came with a jacuzzi and ample room space with living hall, balcony etc. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Everything is good except for the location which was quite far from the beach as the place is located on a hill top. Nevertheless this is compensated with a complimentary shuttle service which goes to Patong beach and shopping mall, Jungceylon. By foot, you will need 15-20 minutes to walk but by car, about 8 minutes. The swimming pool is huge and very beautiful overlooking the sea and town. Overall it was a really good stay.

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Very convenient. There is an open food market just opposite to the hotel. The food there is quite nice. I tried a mango shake. They put half of the mango on the top of the glass. Its so amazing. Swimming pool is not very big but enough for a swim. Have plenty of sunshine deck. Suitable for a afternoon rest. Recommend this hotel

Excellent customer service and facilities. we always stays here before because of the nice food and beer but once we tried to checked in their room with jacuzzi we kept coming back. It is good hotel located just meters away from Patongs Party Street. So you can go there and join lots of parties. The hotel itself is in need for some serious renovation. The rooms are okay - just not nice and well equipped. It is impossible to adjust the AC to low fan speed. We slept under a mosquito net as the doors and windows had quite big gaps to the outside. So have it cold or turn it off. The pool area is fantastic and you have direct access to the beach. For party people the right place! For others maybe not.

Firstly I will say that the minibus driver dropped me at the wrong Expat Hotel, even when I told him it was the wrong one he persuaded me I was wrong and I got out and earned myself a 5 minute walk to the right one. Make sure you get dropped at the right one.. Anyway there was nothing the hotel could do about that but thought I should warn you. As I walked to the hotel with all my luggage the friendly wave from the receptionist let me know I had arrived at the right place. Quick check in at reception and straight up to room to drop everything, shower and head out to experience Patong Beach. Room was listed as a Deluxe and done everything I needed it to with a particularly good shower. The bed had seen better days and could be done with a new mattress as my personal opinion only. I used the pool on the rooftop a couple of times and never saw anybody else up there. Overall I would stay here again next time I visit Patong.

The main receptionist named Ms. Beauty was very nice but, overall this place is NOT WORTH THE MONEY at all (maybe worth half the money I paid). I'll never go back!

My partner as I stayed here for a week in January, I would stay here again but only for a few days. And It wouldn’t be my first choice of hotels. Positives:- The room is beautiful, beds are comfortable and plenty of storage for clothes etc, the hotel itself is generally clean and tidy. Comfortable sun loungers around the pool. Negatives:- The WiFi didn’t reach our room very well (708) so was very frustrating. Only had air-con in the rooms, so lifts and reception areas uncomfortably hot, staff don’t really acknowledge you unless you ask them a question, pool area is very small with little area to sunbathe and the pool itself is in need of renovation, green coloured water with many tiles missing on the floor of the pool, the areas around the pool are pebble dashed which is very uncomfortable to walk around on. We had room 708 which happened to be ajoined to another room in another hotel (hotels back to back on a street) and we were woken up twice at silly hours of the morning with people in that room screaming, did Inform reception but nothing done about it.

Advantages: The hotel is in an excellent location, located at the back door of Banzan Seafood Market. It is Jiangxi Leng Shopping Center and the central area. The hotel is not facing the street, so it will not be noisy. Ji's can be preferred. Disadvantages: The room standard is almost the same as that of a domestic business hotel. There are no surprises. The pool water on the top floor is slightly cool. The reception desk is only in English and there is no Chinese service.
