Excellent location, private beach, Great Hotel overall if you want to relax, SPA very professional, Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was also excellent. Many stairs so not suggested for people with moving issues, but views are outstanding.

Amazing villa, could not fault it. Staff are incredibly helpful even bringing my son paracetamol when he was feeling unwell. Slightly out of main town but free shuttle is great and we even used it to go to the supermarket. Communication via WhatsApp during out stay great. Two small things to note - big hill to get into complex but we waked it a few times and it was manageable, mosque at the bottom of hill so woken every day at 5.30am for call to prayer but we just went back to sleep. Still highly recommended and would stay again, 4 stars.

Not bad, the booking is a deluxe room, the occupancy rate is not high to upgrade the high room type, the room is pool view, the balcony is very large, the hotel is planted with a lot of flowers and trees to see particularly comfortable and comfortable, stayed for two nights.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. I cannot talk higher of the Hotel. We booked 3 rooms over 18 days and had no issues. Lovely spacious and clean rooms. Staff very helpful in particular Annie on the front desk. Central location. Wifi strong and reliable.
