We got a great deal to stay in one of the beach bungalows right on the sea. Because of the fab price I am scoring the resort higher than I would have, if we had paid full price. The location is fantastic and it's right on the beautiful clean beach, with white sands and Chrystal blue waters. Breakfast is fab and the manager Hue is always checking in to make sure guests are happy. The pool area is beautiful and the pool is huge and lovely. Our beach bungalow was nice but more rustic than I would expect for a 5 star resort. Bed is huge and incredibly comfortable but that's the only real positive thing I can say. The balcony furniture is thick solid wood and not comfortable to sit on. The air con is very weak and I was always hot. The bathroom is very large but looks like it needs a spruce up and is prone to toads and geckos. If you are looking for luxury then I think you would be disappointed.

We stayed at this hotel in March, booking for 5 days to unwind after our flight and explore the north of the island. I deeply regret not booking more days at this incredibly cozy hotel. My next hotel is in the center of the island, and 3-4 days there would have been sufficient for visiting the south, the cable car, shows, and island hopping. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, a break from noise and crowds, then this hotel in its idyllic setting is a must-visit. The hotel grounds are lush with flowering greenery, with several types of orchids blooming on the trees. The outdoor furniture is made from sturdy and beautiful natural wood. There's a small pool surrounded by lovely flowering plants, and even tiny pineapples growing! The hotel comprises 10 comfortable bungalows, ensuring peace and quiet at all times. The hotel is new, the furniture is new, the bed is comfortable, there's a large TV with Russian channels, and a fridge – everything works perfectly. All the plumbing is in excellent condition, with a rain shower head, good water pressure, and hot water always available. The shower room and toilet are simply a delight! There's a gap between the wall and the roof, allowing plants to grow in from outside (it's a shame they hadn't bloomed yet) and hang over the shower. In the mornings, we woke up to birdsong before heading to breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious, with beautifully presented coffee and other dishes. You could help yourself to 3-4 kinds of fruit, while everything else was served individually by a waiter. You can also order room service throughout the day. The room had everything we needed: a comb, shower cap, toothpaste and brush, soap, and a razor – all replaced daily, even the comb. There was also shower gel, shampoo, robes, and slippers. Previous reviews mentioned a lack of a drying rack for clothes, but now there is one. The beach is less than 5 minutes away; we walked very slowly, and I recorded a video of the walk, which came out to 6 minutes. We loved the beach too; to the left, there were many Instagrammable spots for photos, and to the right, wild nature. The sand was light, squeaky underfoot, and the sea was clean and clear. As for prices in the north, everything was much cheaper and tastier at all the restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We bought fruit from stalls along the main road. We really miss ”Agarwood Garden.” It's a wonderful place, with a creative and caring owner and lovely, friendly staff. There's an affordable shop on site with all the essentials. A huge thank you to the hotel owner for his creative ideas that made our holiday unforgettable and filled with pleasant memories.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone—you definitely won’t regret staying here! I would also like to mention the amazing breakfast and the hotel’s Chocolate Hour, which was a truly unique and enjoyable experience. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Stay in Ocean facing suite for 3 nights. Big room, super nice ocean view, spacious balcony. Hotel provide free airport pick up, bike rental, buggy services and spa etc. Most impressed is the infinitely pool and beach front swing. So relaxing! You can just scan QR code to order good and beverages by pool or beachfront and enjoy the sunset there. Would love to come back with family and try the resort with pool next time. Hope the staff service can be more consistent.

A wonderful experience. It was my 5th stay at Camia and I always feel like coming home🩵the people make the biggest difference to other hotels in Phu Quoc. They are all amazing and very genuine. Kate Duang Thay (Deputy FOM), Lucy and Nhung Tran Restaurant Sup been knowing me and my family for years and always take extra care of my stay. The property is well maintained and has everything you need. Love coming back.

The room was spotlessly clean, which left a great first impression. The furniture was lovely, the facilities were comprehensive, and the layout was very well-designed. The staff were both enthusiastic and professional in their service. The surrounding environment was lush and green, making for a very comfortable feel. The natural scenery is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing vacation. I will definitely be back again in the future.

I stayed for two nights and there was a free shuttle service for airport transfers. You need to book this in advance via email. The hotel is located in the north, about a 30-minute drive from the airport. Getting to the south takes about 45 minutes by taxi, so the location is a bit out of the way. The entire hotel has a very natural, rustic feel. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and the staff member directly brought our three large suitcases up to the room. They also helped with our luggage when we checked out. If you're walking around the hotel grounds and see a shuttle, they'll also take you wherever you want to go. The service was absolutely excellent. There were a few small insects in the room and the bedding felt a bit damp, but it was acceptable. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted very good, though the restaurant is semi-open, so it could get a little warm. Overall, I was very satisfied. On our last day, extending checkout by one hour cost 500,000 VND, which was a reasonable price.

Facilities: The hotel has a very natural, rustic vibe. They even light mosquito coils and put down mosquito nets for you at night, so I didn't get any mosquito bites. The room isn't fully enclosed, and the bathroom is an open-air jungle style, which looks beautiful during the day but made me a bit nervous to use at night. I'd quickly shower and then lock myself back in the room. Even without air conditioning, there are two fans and a cooling system on the bed, so it wasn't hot at all for sleeping. Environment: It's a pristine, natural beach with shallow water perfect for swimming. They also offer free yoga classes, and doing yoga outdoors facing the ocean waves in the morning was fantastic. The restaurant is also very beautiful. Service: The service was quite good. During the final relaxation part of yoga, someone even came to give head massages. The spa was a bit pricey but very comfortable. After checking out, we spent the afternoon on the beach, and before we left, the front desk staff even opened up a room for us to shower in. The only downside was the restaurant. We had booked a 2:50 PM spa appointment and an outdoor table a month in advance. The hotel staff told us dinner seating was first-come, first-served, and we could only start choosing our table at 4:45 PM on the day itself. However, when we arrived at 4:30 PM, we were told many tables were already occupied with people's belongings? I don't understand that system at all...

Sea Sense Resort Phu Quoc is in an excellent beachfront location with direct access to the sea and beautiful sunset views. The pool area is superb, surrounded by lush flowers and greenery that create a peaceful, tropical atmosphere. Even during peak season, it felt calm and quiet, making it ideal for couples looking to relax. Breakfast was decent but a bit repetitive over several days, and the coffee is instant rather than freshly brewed. The resort is built into natural terrain, which adds to the charm, but older guests or anyone with mobility issues may find the hills and steps challenging. Overall, a tranquil and well-positioned resort, best suited for couples and those seeking a peaceful beach escape.
