The facilities and service of the hotel is simply the best. You can enjoy the panoramic view from the gym and swimming pool which is on the 8th and 10th floor. The rice market restaurant offers wide range of breakfast. And the coffee is simply the best! They have turn down/bath butler service as well. You wouldn’t want to end your stay there!

This hotel would probably be my sole reason to choose Phu Quoc again. The hotel itself is decent, and the service is great, especially the dinner at Rice Market, which was delicious. However, breakfast was just average. While it catered more to Chinese tastes compared to other hotels, it didn't meet my expectations, so I mainly stuck to white congee during my stay. Also, I highly recommend having a few Chinese-speaking staff members. I believe Chinese tourists' spending power far exceeds that of the Koreans you seem to favor.

The service is meticulous, proactive, and attentive, fulfilling every request. My son's birthday had just passed, and upon check-in, the staff noticed the date on his passport and thoughtfully prepared a cake, which was delicious! The room was cleaned twice a day, and the minibar was promptly restocked. You can try Rice Market, Ocean Club, and Oku. Adults have many free activities daily, and the Kids Club, though small, is sufficient. Phu Quoc's sea and beaches themselves are not top-tier, so don't expect a jelly-like ocean. The Regent's advantage lies in the hotel's hardware and service, not the sea view.

Facilities: Quite new, I really liked the design of the hotel lobby. Hygiene: The room was cleaned several times a day. Environment: The hotel environment is nice, with lush greenery, perfect for a stroll. Service: The service was excellent. Most of the staff were very enthusiastic and professional. We got three complimentary laundry items daily, and while the mini-bar snacks were just okay in taste, the variety was decent. Dining: The breakfast had a good variety and à la carte options, and the food was quite tasty. The OCEAN club restaurant was also decent; when we mentioned the crab pasta was a bit too salty, the chef immediately made a new one, which showed excellent service.

A very beautiful hotel, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. Perhaps the breakfast wasn't as comprehensive as it could have been, and the pool floor was a bit rough on the feet.

Overall, it was very luxurious and the staff were incredibly friendly. I'd definitely love to come back here again, and I was very happy with the breakfast. The room service was also reasonably priced.

We stayed in a villa with a pool. It had a spacious living room and two bedrooms, each with a large bathroom and powder room. The private pool faced the lagoon, offering an open and airy feel, and was generously sized. It was a luxury to be able to swim, then relax on a chair, and jump back in the pool whenever we liked. We spent a blissful time just relaxing in the room. The breakfast buffet at RiceMarket was also wonderful. There were so many options it was hard to choose! Everything was delicious, and we ate our fill every day. Drinks were brought to us promptly upon ordering, and the iced coconut coffee was especially delicious – we ordered many refills. The Omakase course at Restaurant Oku was a delightful experience; we enjoyed the dishes while watching the preparation from counter seats surrounding the kitchen. Both the chef and staff were very attentive, and besides the amazing food, the atmosphere was excellent, making for a very enjoyable meal. I highly recommend the Omakase course. All the hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Everything was fantastic. It was a wonderful hotel. Thank you so much to all the hotel staff.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the Regent Phu Quoc. It's a great place for a relaxing, laid-back vacation. Even though we went during the low season, the Regent still had a pretty high occupancy rate. Room: If you're staying in a sea view room, I recommend a higher floor for a more beautiful ocean view. The room facilities are good; you can scan a QR code to order anything you need, and some items and services are free. The fruit and mini-bar are replenished daily for free. The bedding is also very comfortable, and they even provide a pregnancy pillow (though I'll grumble a bit that it's a little large). Service: Every staff member at the hotel is very enthusiastic. We stayed for 4 nights, and I had some dietary restrictions for the a la carte breakfast. By the second day, the staff had remembered them and would proactively ask if I was satisfied with the food – very thoughtful. Activities: The hotel offers quite a few small activities, some free and some paid. Since space is limited, you need to book them in advance by scanning the QR code in your room. I recommend booking all the activities you want to participate in on your first day. Surroundings: For getting around Phu Quoc, it's best to use Grab. The entire island is still under development. Aside from a few established resort areas, the roads between other attractions are very desolate and messy. The Vinpearl Cable Car is worth taking; buying a package deal on Trip.com is a good value. When choosing a hotel, I was torn between the Marriott and the Regent, and I read many reviews. The Regent has a modern style, while the Marriott is more about local characteristics. Personally, I found the Marriott's style a bit dark and preferred the brighter ambiance of the Regent.

This was truly a memorable stay. You could say the Regent is expensive, but you definitely can't say it's bad. From check-in, the hotel staff were warm and attentive. When the TV in our room stopped working, they immediately sent an engineer to fix it, and even called to apologize that evening. At check-out, they even arranged a complimentary car to our next hotel, truly showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. The views, of course, were incredible. The leisure and sports facilities on the beach were also excellent, and my child had an absolute blast. The breakfast was also very generous, especially the variety of breads – truly delicious! 😍 While I probably won't be back to Phu Quoc for a few years, if any friends ask for a hotel recommendation there, I will strongly suggest the Regent.

The hotel's ambiance instantly washed away my work-related stress. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse. It's my top choice for a relaxing getaway, perfect for escaping the city and its hustle and bustle. The staff were all very warm and welcoming.

Having stayed at many excellent hotels, I can confidently say the service here is absolutely the best I've ever experienced. All the staff are incredibly enthusiastic and truly outstanding. I felt right at home. I'm so grateful for the wonderful memories they created during my trip. The restaurants are all fantastic too; both the Vietnamese and Italian restaurants were delicious. I didn't get a chance to try the Japanese one. Overall, everything was superb. The only thing that could use improvement is the showerhead in the bathroom; perhaps due to water pressure, the water flow isn't even. I hope this can be improved by my next visit. Separately, and this isn't a hotel issue, but there were far too many 'influencer-wannabes' from China taking photos everywhere... it was a real eyesore, honestly. I won't say more. The hotel activities are also great, but there aren't many slots available, making them hard to book. I hope they can offer more spots. All in all, this is definitely a hotel I'll be returning to.

The breakfast is fantastic, with both à la carte and buffet options, offering a wide variety to choose from. There are four public swimming pools, all clean and well-maintained, so you never feel crowded. A front desk manager named Angela was particularly nice; she spoke fluent English and took exceptional care of us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, highly recommended for family trips.
