This hotel does not have a clothes dryer on the balcony, and it is prohibited. The fine for drying clothes on the balcony is 80,000 VND per item. You must sign a consent form upon check-in. See the attached photos. People come here to relax and swim, and they have no way to dry their wet clothes. This is insane. Who in hotel management came up with such stupid rules? Семейный номер состоит из двух сдвоенных номеров, между ними дверь. В каждом номере стол и один стул, гостиной нет, где бы можно всей семьёй собраться. На балконе нет столика и стульев. Завтрак на 4(омлет, суп фо-бо, 2 вида невкусных фруктов, разведённый сок) Рядом остановка автобуса 17, можно доехать до центра острова. До пляжа 10мин пешком.

Our 2 rooms/family room are big for a family of 5. We stayed for 6 nights. It has a view of pool. The overall cleanliness is 10/10. Everyday, the staff cleans the room and replenish the toiletries and complimentaries. The location of the hotel is peaceful and near the beach, stores and amusement parks. We'd love to come back here in the future travel and will definitely recommend to our family and friends. To Vin Holiday Fiesta staff and crew thank you very much for being very accomodating, nice and respectful. God bless🙏

The room is clean and spacious, a balcony with a nice view of the mountain. Easy and hassle free check-in and check out process. Upon check in you will be greeted by the receptionist with a smile and warm welcome. The hotel offers a free transfer from airport to the hotel. And free shuttle bus when going to Vinwonders and Vinpearl Safari. The hotel is a just a few minutes walk to the Grandworld, Its perfect for a night walk and food trip. Our booking includes breakfast buffet, and it was good. Overall, we had a great time in this hotel.

Facilities: Personally, I think they're just average, don't expect too much! Cleanliness: It's okay, not great but not bad either! Environment: Decent, the room has a balcony facing the pool! Service: Just average! Breakfast wasn't great! It's very close to the beach, you can walk or take a tram, which costs 12 RMB (self-paid). The best value for money that day was seeing fireworks from the balcony. Although there were some obstructions, it was still pretty good overall!

The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is truly very convenient, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance in the future.

The room was a bit small, but there was enough space for luggage. The balcony and pool were both very large and excellent. The front desk staff were also great and very polite. The hygiene was good, the air conditioning was strong, and the hot water was reliable. The breakfast selection was good. They even provided tickets for the airport shuttle, although the shuttle stop isn't directly at the hotel; you have to walk to the station within Phu Quoc Grand World to catch it. Overall, this hotel offers decent value for money, especially since it's right next to Phu Quoc Grand World with its colorful buildings. It's also just a two to four-minute walk to the Venice River.
