The hotel lobby, facilities, and sea view were decent. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room hallway, and I was constantly worried about them flying in when I opened the door. There was also a large gecko near the balcony. They didn't provide complimentary bottled water. On a positive note, the sea view during the thunderstorm was absolutely stunning.

The duvet in the room had a dirty spot, and the cups weren't clean. The view was nice though.

A really great hotel! They offer a free shuttle service to the airport, which is only a 9-15 minute taxi ride away. The facilities are quite new, and the swimming pool is massive with dining options on both sides, so you can eat right after your swim. The landscaping is beautiful, and you can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel. The service is top-notch; we truly felt at home. We stayed for three nights with our child and it was very comfortable. During the day, we visited the Big World and the zoo in the north. On our third day, we went back home from the hotel, and the journey was smooth sailing all the way. KING KONG MART is also very close by from here.

Excellent! The service was great, and they offered free airport shuttle service. The hotel isn't very large, so it never felt crowded, which was nice. Breakfast was just okay, enough to fill you up, but the Chinese food options were quite limited. Also, if there are items that guests aren't allowed to take, it would be helpful to have a clear reminder. As a five-star hotel, I expected some toiletries and amenities would be complimentary for guests to take.
