The environment is pretty good, though the facilities are a bit old, which is understandable since it's over 10 years old. But it definitely has that resort hotel vibe. The duvet cover was a bit dirty, so I asked for a fresh one. The buffet was decent, and the pool was nice too. The front desk service was just okay; I arrived early and couldn't check in until 2 PM, and they wouldn't even offer a glass of water.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a lovely time at Coral Bay Resort. The hotel has a beautiful sea view, and the swimming pool and beach are just nearby, making the stay very relaxing. The breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is convenient too — King Kong Mart is only about an 8-minute walk away. One of the best surprises was the fire show right next to the hotel at night, which made our stay even more memorable. The only small disappointment was that we were celebrating our honeymoon, but there was no special room decoration or arrangement. Overall, we still really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for couples.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was excellent, with different menus served daily, and everything was very tasty. Our room had a beautiful sea view, which we absolutely loved. The location is also very convenient, with restaurants and marts nearby, making everything easy and accessible. The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would give it a perfect 10/10. Lift was smelly during first say, but I think cleaner solve this problem. Because nothing smell after say 2. Hotel breakfast nice, room view very good

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast was also good. I'd say this hotel offers great value for money! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Phu Quoc.

Wonderful experience at Coral Bay Resort Phu Quoc. Great location by the beach, peaceful ambience, delicious breakfast, and excellent hospitality. Everything was well maintained and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Will definitely come back again!

Excellent hotel, great value for money! The sea view rooms offer a better view, but the standard rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. The hotel's private beach is lovely, small but exquisite! Highly recommend!

The facilities are a bit old, but the price is really good and it has everything you need. Breakfast is great, with a wide variety of food, and it changes daily. Check-out time is strictly enforced.

Great hotel in Phu Quoc with a very cool view from the room balcony, especially at sunset. The room was large and the balcony was spacious as well. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. In the evening it can be a bit loud at times due to the beach bar next door. Very friendly housekeeping staff. Convenient location, within walking distance to the large King Kong supermarket and many small restaurants.

The location is really beautiful. The service is good and there  are plenty things to do around. I recomand renting a scooter and exploring the suraraundings.

The front desk staff were excellent, proactively helping with luggage and very welcoming. The hotel's private beach is great for photos, swimming, and relaxing on lounge chairs. Breakfast was decent. The complimentary water in the room isn't bottled mineral water; it comes in reusable glass bottles, which feels unhygienic. There are two paid, original bottled mineral waters in the fridge, which is something that could be improved. The small road leading to the hotel has been renovated, so cars can now drive right up to the entrance.

I had a wonderful stay at Coral Bay Resort. The location is excellent, close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests.

The resort has all the basic facilities and amenities you would expect from a resort. The resort is located near the beach, so the floors tend to be sandy and not particularly clean. Although housekeeping cleaned the room daily, the overall level of hygiene did not give us confidence to fully utilise the facilities and amenities provided. We visited during the rainy season, and the entrance was flooded. Due to the narrow access road, vehicles were unable to stop directly in front of the resort, requiring guests to walk through the floodwater to reach the entrance. On the positive side, the resort is strategically located, and a basic breakfast buffet is included.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The room, balcony and bathroom were all spacious, clean and very well maintained. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. I stayed on the 5th floor at the front of the hotel, so unfortunately I didn’t have a sea view, however the view overlooking the main street was still very pleasant with lots of greenery. The room itself was quiet and peaceful, and the lifts were quick and easy to access. The pool and beach area were both spotless with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day. One of my favourite parts of the hotel was the beautiful walk down to the pool and beach area, crossing over little bridges with running water flowing through the bungalow areas — it really added to the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was standard buffet style with the usual selection of choices and there was always something to find. The only point worth noting is for smokers: smoking is not permitted on the balconies in the main hotel building. However, there is a designated smoking area behind the main building as well as several others around the hotel grounds. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return again in the future.
