Stayed 3 nights in early July 2026. The property is new and super clean. Our room had a new aircon, a smart TV, and windows that open to a partial sea view but a full view of the nightly fireworks (7:45 PM and the main 9:30 PM show with better effects). The bathroom was spotless with wet/dry separation, strong consistent hot water pressure, and they even provided a beach bag and umbrella.
The location is unbeatable—under a 5-minute walk to the fireworks area and very close to the Hon Thom cable car station. There are great hidden food spots nearby like Hai Bot eatery, and the front desk provides a handy local food list so you don't have to search blindly.
A huge special mention to Mai at the front desk. On day one, she showed us around and surprised me with a birthday cake in-room on my actual birthday! Later in our stay, when we returned drenched from a downpour, she immediately brought us towels and tissues, warmly welcoming us inside without worrying about dirtying the lobby floor. Mai's English is adequate for daily communication, and she is a massive asset to the property. I highly hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
