Sea Sunset Hotel - Welcome to a Mixing World of Friends

Phu Quoc is beautiful, and the hotel is located in Sunset Town. The downside is that things are quite expensive, but the location is great. Plus, the scenery is stunning, and it's not far from Long Beach, and taxis are very cheap.

The environment was quite mediocre, aside from a balcony where we could watch the fireworks. The hygiene was really poor; the duvet cover was shedding cotton fibers. Hot water in the bathroom was intermittent, and the water pressure fluctuated. The worst part was the owner's incredibly bad service attitude. We couldn't find anyone when we needed help; calls went unanswered and WeChat messages were ignored. Then we'd go downstairs and, surprise, they'd be right there at the front desk! The room wasn't cheap at over a thousand a night. This is my honest review, so everyone, please think twice before booking!

Good hotel, close to cafes and night markets. Spacious room, wide bed, comfortable sleep. I like it very much. Excellent.

Due to a problem with the Ctrip platform, I was told that the sea view room I originally stayed in was fully booked. The platform arranged for me to stay in this hotel, which is close to my family's hotel and diagonally opposite. The hotel service is very good and they also gave us breakfast for this reason. The room is also very clean. It may be that the style is simple and the price is more expensive if you book at midnight on the same day. But in the end, I am very grateful to the service staff of this store. I also left my room card at the breakfast shop later. I communicated with the owner and he didn't ask me to pay for it.

位置良好，在日落小鎮的中心地帶，去看表演或者去夜市都很近。 住在5樓，有露台，接近無遮擋，可清晰看到晚上的煙花表演。 酒店前台雖然不是一直有人在，但是入住時前台職員會讓你加他的whatsapp/wechat/其他聯絡方式，有什麼事情都可以隨時聯絡他，服務也很熱心迅速。 早餐要去附近的合作餐廳，餐點選擇多，味道良好，美中不足的是等候時間較久(備餐時間40分鐘以上)，要趕去坐纜車的人要注意一下。 房間內部跟店家上載的照片極接近，很整齊，整體不錯，美中不足的廁所沒有乾濕分離，介意的人也注意一下。
