Good Location near Central of Sunset Town and cable car station. 3rd floor seaside room can enjoy firework. Room has a little bit noisy from Bar on ground floor.

The service is not that good. I send the message to the hotel asking prior for my arrival about a car to Vinwonders they told me to check the map myself! See photo for reference! Also the breakfast was really bad experience.. you can choose only one bowl of pho or sandwich for your breakfast.

The room was beautiful and clean, with comfortable air conditioning and all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and 24-hour hot water. The view from room 203 was absolutely stunning; you could clearly see the fireworks at night, and the sunset was incredibly beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, and they offered affordable car rentals. The staff provided excellent service. I will definitely go back to stay again. 🤍

The room was clean, beautiful, and quiet. It's a shame I didn't get a room with a balcony. I highly recommend this place. The staff speaks English, you can store your luggage, and they have motorbikes for rent. Plus, the staff is lovely!

The hotel's main advantage is its excellent location: it's easy to get to key attractions, and you can enjoy the evening fireworks from the balcony. Guests also have access to electric scooter rentals, which can be useful for getting around the area. However, the level of service and room amenities has several significant drawbacks. Breakfast is not served on-site but at an external cafe, to which guests are transported by electric buggy. The breakfast selection is extremely limited and doesn't meet the expectations for a hotel of this caliber. In the room, we noted several inconveniences: hot water is supplied by a boiler and runs out quickly, making a full shower difficult. The refrigerator was weak and didn't cool sufficiently. There are no facilities or provisions for drying wet beachwear. The windows were dirty, which detracted from the overall impression of the room and the view. Water constantly accumulated on the balcony, forming a puddle. Furthermore, the bathroom door opens and closes very loudly, creating discomfort, especially in the evening and at night. Overall, the hotel might be suitable for a short stay due to its prime location. However, for a longer stay, the listed shortcomings significantly reduce comfort, **especially for families**, as this room is specifically marketed as a family room and implies a higher level of convenience and thoughtful domestic details.

Great location and incredible value for money! The hotel breakfast isn't on the top floor; you need to take a buggy to another restaurant to eat. The balcony is convenient and offers a street view. Excellent value for money overall.

I met two female staff members and an older gentleman who were all incredibly kind and provided excellent, warm service. It felt comforting, like encountering acquaintances when entering/exiting the hotel or asking questions. The room was clean and offered a fantastic view of the fireworks. If you're a couple looking for peace and quiet, I highly recommend this place over the apartment complex behind it.
