This is a good value-for-money hotel, just a 3-minute walk from the sea. The room is spacious and stylish, located on a quiet side street. It comes with a fridge, hairdryer, tea-making facilities, and nice bedding. I really enjoyed the breakfasts! It's the first time I've seen such a wide variety of fruits at a buffet in a Vietnamese hotel, including mango, dragon fruit, watermelon, bananas, and more. I only lowered my rating because when I checked in, there was a full trash can left by the previous guests in my room – and it was only emptied after my fourth request.

We chose this hotel because they offered early check-in, but when we arrived three hours early, they said the room wasn't ready. Fine, we went for a swim and returned exactly at 2 PM (we were exhausted after an overnight flight), but they made us wait another 50 minutes. There's no air conditioning in the lobby, the sofa is old with springs popping out, and there are lots of flies. Otherwise, it's okay. The room is literally and figuratively made of wood 😅. The toothpaste that comes with the disposable toothbrush is very, very cheap ☝🏼. You can borrow an iron from reception 👍🏼. Bike rental at the hotel is 150,000 VND. It's a 4-minute walk to the beach and 7 minutes to King Kong (restaurant/bar).

I recently stayed here and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing due to the staff's attitude and several facility issues. Service & Hidden Fees: The front desk staff was unprofessional and seemed solely focused on extracting extra money. Although our booking through Trip.com allowed for an early check-in after 10:00 AM, we were told upon arrival at 12:00 PM that we had to pay an additional 300,000 VND to check in. Furthermore, the hotel quoted 150,000 VND for an airport transfer, while a Grab only cost 100,000 VND. Facilities: The lobby area is extremely uncomfortable as there is no air conditioning, making it very hot. Inside the room, while there was a TV, there was no remote control provided. Additionally, despite it being a double room for two people, we were only given one pair of old, disposable slippers. The Positive: The only highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which was actually quite good and offered a decent variety. Conclusion: I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their customer service and maintain their room amenities properly

For $25 a night, this hotel isn't bad, but the internet is absolutely terrible. Keep that in mind if you're planning to work remotely – it's practically impossible here. Trip.com states early check-in from 10:00 AM, but you can forget about that. I arrived at 12:30 PM and was told I'd have to pay an extra 300,000 VDN. I showed them my Trip.com voucher, and they then said I could check in at 1:30 PM... ridiculous. So, be aware of that too. On the plus side, it's clean, there's always hot water available, and housekeeping is regular. For breakfast, they offer pho bo/pho ga, fruit, and a few other small items.

Location is ok

The rooms are good and spacious. Breakfasts are standard. The price-quality ratio is acceptable. The hotel is in a quiet location, close to shops and the sea, everything within 5 minutes.

Upon check-in, they were experiencing some power outages on our floor, but everything was fine at the reception, so they could have informed us about this in advance. (We booked in advance for 4000₽) They moved us to another hostel (somewhere on the outskirts) where there was no water in the shower, no soap, or toiletries. But there were lizards. They picked us up for breakfast, and breakfast was good. They refunded 500₽. But I don't think our overnight stay was worth 3500₽!

Overall, the hotel lives up to its 3-star rating in terms of room price and service quality. The staff are kind, pleasant, and responsive. The breakfasts are good, and the room is cleaned daily. The standard room has everything you need. Upon check-in, there were no teacups or face towels, but they were provided promptly when we asked. The towels were a bit old and could use an upgrade. Bed linen was changed once a week. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the airport – a 15-minute taxi ride costs about 150,000 VND. Just over a hundred meters away is the main street with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and markets, including King Kong and Long Beach, which are the largest in Duong Dong. The beach is 250m away, where you'll find the Aqua beach restaurant with sun loungers, deck chairs, tables, and beanbag-style seating. It's very convenient; you just need to order something, even a can of beer is enough.

Excellent location, very close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was quite good. The price is very reasonable considering the quality of the services. Highly recommended!

The aircon was weak. Not working very well also. For me was a big negative point, because the island is quite hot. The breakfast food was cold, and I was one of the first who arrived there to eat.

This quality is the best for this price. The staff are also kind. I would like to use it again.

Quiet and undisturbed.

Great find, quiet street, 2 min walk to the beach, very close to bars and restaurants. Cheap and very clean with fantastic staff, can’t fault it at all. Breakfast simple but does the job. And they are also associated with the chill bar on the beach, which means free sun beds. Perfect!!
