fisrt time booking service apartment via trip.com, which doesn't have front desk staff to help check in. Not advisable to business traveler who has tight/busy schedule. Faced a bit of trouble to check in, can't get the info from trip.com but have to check email with detailed instructions, e.g. where to locate the lockbox for room key, wifi password, parking lot number....you can't drive into the garage before getting your key with remote control.

All was good with just a few exceptions. Couldn't raise blinds for the door to the patio Only one TV remote was working None of the outlets in the bathroom worked. Wasn't crazy about the beds. Having 3 beds in one bedroom was rather weird, and thankfully it was just me. You should make it very clear that there are 3 beds in the one bedroom

Room had a ton of broken fixtures(lighting, drawer, tp holder). Felt unfinished and dirty.

This residence isn’t terrible, however the location is awful. The windows are paper thin and the residence is on top of multiple bars and clubs. If you care about your sleep, DO NOT book here. It’s sooooo loud all night that it is completely unmanageable. The early morning (10am) check out is completely uncomfortable too. Additionally, no one is at the front desk who can hold luggage. Seriously, save your self headache and book a hotel.

Very Clean. Great view and location. Nice amenities (pool and parking space). Close to lots of restaurants and convention center. If you are a big cook, limited cookware.

Those beds were the worst beds I have ever paid to sleep on. Things I could have overlooked if the bed was comfortable: ➡️The lack of communication leading up to check-in. I initially had a late flight in on Monday night which would have gotten me downtown around midnight. I was so concerned that I didn't know how to get into the unit by Monday afternoon that I changed my flight to arrive on Tuesday morning. This means I actually paid you guys for an entire day that I didn't get to use. ➡️ The check in instructions did not include the assigned parking space and it took until Tuesday night to get that information. ➡️ The check-in instructions did not include the wifi info. Luckily the host was pretty responsive on Tuesday night and I got that information when I returned to the unit after work. But seriously, just print it on a card and leave it in the unit. ➡️ The garage door opener did not work properly. I was initially stuck outside (and then inside) pressing the heck out of the button until it would open. On Tuesday the host advised me to go to the office and have them replace it. So, you're welcome for fixing your fob. ➡️ Yesterday I asked for a noon check-out and did not receive an answer. I figured since you guys got an entire extra day out me, maybe there could be some flexibility. But no response, so I'm out. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT SLEEP. The bed was equivalent to a double cot.

Hot mess The apartment itself was really nice but we had an issue with the water being extremely hot (like burn your skin hot). Couldn’t even take a shower (had to put water in the tub and let it cool over night in order to wash up). Checked every sink to make sure it wasn’t just happening in the bathroom and even the toilet water in the tank was hot. Called and was told maintenance is looking into it. Called again the next day and was told that the issue is resolved and no one else in the building is having this issue. I was a little upset because it sounded like “they” (whoever I talked to) didn’t believe me. It was a concert weekend so there were no other places to move to for a decent price considering I had already prepaid for this place.

4 Monroe Phoenix Overall this was a very nice place to stay. The directions for getting in were a little confusing and I wasn’t given the parking space information. I did get assistance right away, though. However, the biggest disappointment was the couch. It was small and super uncomfortable. A better couch would have made all the difference.
