Central City Phoenix|0.22km from Chapel Hill
New, big, business. It is very suitable for business people residing abroad, which is similar to domestic Raffles City. The swimming pool water is not very good, and very small. The breakfast is very good, you can make your own waffle, and the service staff are also very nice. I was awakened by the master repairing the extended wall at 6 o'clock in the morning the first night, which surprised me. Doesn't Lao Mei start work after ten? ? ! ! 🚀 lose to 🌞 I wanted to stay a few more days. Phoenix was too dry and my legs were after staying for two nights, I left. Having experienced the abuse of kindergarten children, I hated Ctrip for a while. But after the return of sanity... Ctrip is doing better. I hope that everyone who provides perfect service to travelers will be treated kindly by Ctrip. I have to say that I am very grateful to Ctrip for the past ten days in the United States. It is professional and efficient without the impact of jet lag. 👍👍👍

I travel an average of 180 days a year for work. I love Embassy Suites and stay at them as much as I can. As a Diamond member for years, I can say Rob at the bar stands out as one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. The entire staff, Billy, the food and beverage manager as well as Irene Contreras in sales are top notch. Everyone went out of their way to make this hotel stand out and make an impression. I will make sure I stay at this Embassy Suites anytime I come to Phoenix, not only because of the staff, but because it is a very clean and nice Embassy.

Hotel location is very good, but the facilities are old, the sound is not good, the toilet space is small, and the water pipes and other rooms are connected. The temperature of the water and hot water will change next door. It is too difficult to take a bath. However, considering the lower price, the price is still ok.

I’d like to start by stating that I stay at a Hilton property at least 3-4 times per month and this property doesn’t deserve being part of the Hilton family. I’m a Diamond member and I don’t consider myself better or worst than other people, but I do expect to receive value for what I pay for my stays. I would rather stay in a motel than on this property. I had to make a last minute reservation and picked this hotel because it was centric and close to the freeway. The pictures looked fine, but when we arrived the story was totally different. We saw **********s in the parking lot (that was a red flag), we parked and even though we didn’t feel safe we decided o walk in. On our way to the room we observed that there were a lot of people that did not look like tourists, they seem to be living there. They were people sitting on the balcony eating sunflower seeds, and throwing the remains on the floor. People were smoking on the balconies, and most of them were looking at us in a strange way. Once we entered the room, it did not look like the photos. It seemed dirty, there was mold in the toilet, trash under the sink and it smelled like tobacco smoke. The bed, even though it was made looked like if someone was there before. Then I read the reviews here. We did not feel safe! We contacted the Hilton Honnors customer service line to ask for help, they contacted the hotel management to ask if they could refund our money, so we could move to a diferent property, but they refused. The Hilton customer service rep (Will) was very helpful and booked us at a Hindi e Suites nearby and didn’t charge us for the stay. This property should not be branded Embassy Suites, it died there deserve being part of the brand. From their customer service to the property features, it’s definitely not a Hilton. If this would’ve been my first experience with the brand, I would’ve definitely would not stay at a Hilton! I’m glad I know better and understand that this is an exception to the rule. I would not recommend this property to anyone!

This location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix!

When I arrived at the hotel half hour later, the reception asked me to talk with the duty ***ager. and the Gentle*** was so nice , and he lead me to the house keeping office and handed me the bag.
