Perfect spot. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. They have an elevator, too. The staff treat me very well.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Pros: The swimming pool is absolutely lovely, providing a nice spot to relax and unwind. Cons: I would have preferred to have a full-length mirror in the room, as it’s always helpful to check your outfit before heading out. It would also be nice to have a stand for my luggage instead of putting it directly on the floor, which can be inconvenient. One downside of the pool is the lack of privacy. There’s a restaurant located just one floor above, and it feels a bit awkward knowing that diners can see me swimming. It takes away from the relaxing vibe, as it feels like I'm part of their entertainment. Overall, while the pool is a highlight, some improvements could enhance the overall experience.

You can stay here with confidence! The room definitely exceeded expectations. The environment is excellent – it's quiet and not crowded. A washer and dryer are available, and everything is spotless. It was a very comfortable stay.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff but some things to consider... + big rooms + nice view from the pool terrace, especially at night + convenient location, walking distance to many sightseeing spots - pool, chairs and loungers partially need to be replaced - NO buffet for breakfast: although the pictures showed it and the description in the booking stated it as American/Asian buffet, there is only limited options for a la carte breakfast. If you eat meat or are vegetarian, that's fine, still many options to choose from, but as a vegan I wouldn't recommend coming here. - request a room below the 16th floor: we had a room on the 16th floor near the stairs that led up to the restaurant/bar. The pool bar is playing music until after 11pm and breakfast starts at 7am with chairs dragged around and so on. So no early rest and sleeping in possible - construction site next to the hotel. Work starts around 7am, so better be prepared and bring earplugs

One of the most comfortable bed mattresses in Asia—definitely the most comfortable bed at this price point! I choose to stay here regularly, and I've previously stayed at many PP hotels in this price range; this is a great value! Excellent, attentive staff. Always helpful. The kind girl at the front check-in desk is brilliant and communicates cheerfully and fluently in English. She remembers her guests and strives to provide the best service within reason. The security guard is also helpful every time I pull up with bags. Give them both a raise! 🤭 Great location near the Cental Market, small neighborhood malls (Sorya Center Point, Exchange Square, Vattanac, etc.), and 7 Eleven...

The hotel is conveniently located, and the breakfast buffet is palatable. One member of the hotel staff, Ju Ju, was especially attentive. She was happy to assist us with various needs, and even helped us to book transportation during the day.

Honestly, Residence 110 was a pretty disgusting place. The fact that some people reviewed this place as clean is ridiculous. You can usually tell if the place is clean just by how they keep their lobby area and their lobby wasn't clean. But let's get to the heart of the matter. I believe this place has an ant infestation (if not, roaches also, though I didn't see any on my one night stay). There were ants roaming around the kitchen counter and sink area as well as along the walls right from the time I checked in. I gave them a pass for that until they crawled onto me while I was sitting on the bed watching TV! Yes, they even got onto my mattress (which was the best part of the stay) and that's when I decided that I've had enough and that there was no way that I was going to stay two nights, not to mention that the shower area felt so dirty that I had to wear sandals while showering. The hotel declined my refund request but trip.com did, thankfully. I even spoke to the manager/owner regarding this and he even acknowledged it himself that if I changed rooms it wouldn't help much. They really ought to do some serious cleaning and pest control especially if they are going to call themselves a four star hotel. I didn't get a chance to use their gym or pool but from the photos it looked decent. Included are some photos of the shower area, hallway right outside my room, random stains, and various photos of ant infestation.

nice, suite, cozy environment, clean, and cool aircond, omg, if u love aroma therapy come here, the diffuser for the sense wowww, u might feel too strong if you cant handling any smell, check in and out all goes smooth and nice, come here if you like it, we check in at midnight they do serve us well, welcome drink ready, this is different for other hotel, if u arrive midnight nothing prepared

One of the best properties in Phnom Penh with insane pool views, arguably this hotel is one of the tallest properties in the capital city. Located in very prime location. Great breakfast buffet with good variety and also they had noodle soup in buffet which I absolutely loved. Super spacious and clean rooms, absolutely loved the property and would recommend 10/10 for everyone

Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The kitchen facilities in the studio room were good. Excellent value for money
