Hotels in Chamkar Morn, Phnom Penh

The hotel made a very good impression on me. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, which ensured a pleasant stay. The staff was polite, helpful, and always available, making me feel well taken care of. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the main attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to this city.

The place was good. The location was also good. Walking distance to Aeon Mall. The rooms are not so big but they are clean. The cleaners only cleaned the main bedroom and living room. They didn’t even empty the kitchen trash. You have to ask for more room supplies like tissues after they have cleaned. Not sure if l can recommend others to stay there as they are not so honest about people’s belongings.

The hotel is quite large, and I heard that the rooms in the first phase are better. The transportation is very convenient, as it's basically in the city center. The hotel's security is very strict, which made me feel very safe staying there.

This is a favorate stop of mine. Clean rooms, nice views, reliable air conditioning. Located in what can only be called China Town, a short walk or tuktuk to Aeon shopping mall. About 20mins from Riverside depending in traffic. They have a fantastic swiming pool, which would be better if some of the guests would stop spitting and blowing their noses in the water (not locals) and what seems to be a popular gym. I was told they have free washing facilities for use, but i didnt have need of these. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly, speaking chinese and english.

For a 5 star hotel and the Shangri-La brand, you would expect a bit more.  The room is fine (a bit smaller in Phnom Penh standard) and clean, but nothing really stands out.  Paid $240 per night for Jun 23-24, found Rosewood were offering similar price point but decided to check out Shangri-La since I have not tried it.  A bit disappointing and can't really believe they have powder coffee instead of having a Nespresso machine.  That's quite below standard and I think the hotel is cheaping out on modern equipment considering the price you paid for this level.  Will not stay again since there are much better offering in the similar location.

Spent my stay at Joya Hotel Phnom Penh and honestly, it surprised me in the best way. What I enjoyed most was their café and room service. The café has a warm, modern vibe with smooth coffee and drinks that actually taste fresh, not too sweet, not too strong — just right for a slow morning or late-night chill. Room service was another highlight: fast, neatly packed, and the food came warm and flavorful. It felt convenient and comforting, especially on nights when I didn’t want to go out. Overall, Joya Hotel delivered the kind of simple luxury and convenience I needed — good service, good food, and a peaceful space to unwind. Definitely a stay worth remembering.

I recently stayed at Parc21 Luxury Boutique Hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, situated in city center making it perfect for exploring the area. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful lobby, rooftop pool ,gym and much more.

Location is good with restaurants around the apartment. It is near Aeon Mall too. No issues with the cleanliness. Well maintained. Most set-breakfast were freshly cooked upon ordering, and we enjoyed delicious breakfast a the roof-top restaurant. Thumbs up for the customer service.
