King Grand Boutique Hotel Reviews

I initially booked to Bird Cage Boutique because of its proximity to the running event location. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. There was a loud party happening during my stay, making it impossible to rest and prepare for my 10km run. The noise level was very disturbing, and there was no prior notice from the staff about the event. Because of this, I decided to leave and transfer to another nearby hotel — King Grand Boutique Hotel — which was a complete contrast. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The staff there were extremely warm and accommodating, and even though it was my first night, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. The amenities were excellent, and it was conveniently located just about 100 meters from the A1A Pink Run venue. I hope the original hotel improves its guest communication and ensures a more peaceful environment, especially for those who come to rest and recharge.

Seamless airport pickup arranged via the hotel. Prompt and polite communication. Within walking distance of a beautiful Skybar to watch the sunset and some superb restaurants. Comfortable bed. Pool was small and very hot would be my only negative comment.

We will definitely stay there again when we get back Phnom Penh.

I had a great stay here. The staff is very kind and helpful. I was able to check in late at night (1am). Comfortable room, nice breakfast, and great location: quiet area, walking distance to Royal Palace, riverfront, Bassac Lane, etc.

The reason my staying was not good,!!! They had loud noises from contraction out side next to the king hotel through the night and day , made it very difficult to get any sleep?????

The room was clean but very small only room for one suitcase.The staff were very nice and location of hotel was good.Water in shower was lukewarm at best.Good hotel for solo traveler.

Good location, and reasonable price. Easy to access to Royal Palace.

Spacious room with a kitchen. Staff not very friendly. Actually not friendly at all. Location is great with options to eat well outside the hotel. Pool has no umbrella or a covered area in case of rain or a little sunshine. Stair way going to the pool can be very slippery, so be careful.

+ Nice hotel. All the staff are friendly, nice and helpful. Great location. I can walk to the grand palace, museum, night market, and much more sightseeing. Room is very clean but quite small. - some equipment should be fixed but not a big issue.

The room was nice but a bit overpriced. The location is good but the alley where the hotel location is sketchy at night.
