Average lodgings but couldn't expect much more for the price. Service at check-in and checkout friendly and professional. Breakfast needs some work and dining room could be more homely.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, spacious room. Breakfast included. Polite staff. I arrived from the airport at 7:00 a.m., and reception said check-in wasn't until 2:00 p.m. (The website says 10:00 a.m.). They asked for an early check-in fee of $10.

Do not choose this hotel. It is not safe. It is cheap. Yes it is. but not good for our health and well being. If you are traveling aloneor if you are traveling with your families or friends. DO choose other better places.

The second time I stayed in New York Hotel. The first time was very comfortable. But the second time not cozy. I booked on Trip.com with time check out before 14pm but the staff don’t accept. They asked me check out 12pm. The staff also not friendly.

We booked 3 rooms and all three of us were chasing cockroaches. The internet was disappointing, practically non-existent. The location was somewhat a redeeming feature.

It was okay, the AC was not very good and we were hot all night which made it hard to sleep. Only one power outlet next to the bed. Everything looks a lot more dated compared to the photos. There are much better hotels in Phnom Penh for similar prices

Went there twice already. Simple Hotel. Decent amenities. Not so fast WiFi at the room I was located. Average buffet breakfast. Of you're just spending overnight before a flight then go for it. But for longer stays and if you have a budget try somewhere else.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. It also has a bathtub, so you can relax. However, there are no shops around the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel staff are friendly, and it's a very good hotel.
