Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience of My Life I was extremely hungry late at night and ordered a full KFC meal for delivery. When the food arrived, I went downstairs to pick it up—only to find it missing. I asked the night-shift guy with glasses what happened. He casually told me that “someone else took it.” I asked him to check the CCTV to see who took my order, and he refused, then started shouting at me aggressively. Honestly, it felt like he ate my food and didn’t dare show the footage. His attitude was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Because of this, I immediately cancelled all my upcoming bookings of this hotel. This hotel does not deserve four stars—not even one with staff like this. The night-shift staff was so hostile that it made me question if he deserves this job. I’ve been traveling around the world for ten years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered hotel staff who might have eaten a guest’s food and then yelled at the guest on top of it. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this place at all costs.

I booked this hotel because it's only a 5-minute walk to where I needed to go. It's a very Chinese-style business hotel. The front desk staff speak Chinese, and most of the meals are Chinese cuisine. The room layout is similar to that of a Ji Hotel. They offer laundry service and late-night snacks, and most of the guests are Chinese. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Central Market and Canadia Tower, truly in the city center. Unfortunately, the building next door is undergoing renovations, so the drilling noise was quite loud. Also, the hotel faces the street, so there's some traffic noise. Light sleepers might want to reconsider.

1. Last night I texted to request no smoking and no cigarette smell. But the hotel did not respond. I also contacted Trip. They promised to notify the result within 2 hours. But there was no response either. As a result, I stayed in a room full of cigarette smell. 2. I requested a room far from the elevator. But they assigned me room 8405 which is right next to the elevator. I have attached the picture. 3. In the description. The room is city view. But outside my window is the filth of a building under construction. The view is completely blocked. 4. The noise from the construction with the drilling and hammering was extremely loud and continuous from early morning until check out. I was woken up early in the morning. I was completely tired and had a headache. I could not stay there any longer. I recorded it as evidence. Please provide your email and I will send it to you. 5. The rain shower in the room was also damaged and leaking water.

Convenient location right next to the Central Market. Bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast was satisfactory but could use some fresh juice options. The midnight snack noodles was a really nice touch with Khmer and Chinese options. With free washing machines available, it makes the hotel a solid choice for a Phnom Penh visit.

Very good room, clean and got nice amenities. There is a rooftop smoking area on the 7th Floor that is 24/7, if you want easy access then be sure to ask to stay on the 7th floor. There's free lemon water downstairs in the lobby. Breakfast is quite decent, they make you a few different noodles as well as your standard breakfast buffet. There is a deposit of $100 USD required and they prefer cash as paying with card can take 1-30 days to return the money. There is some temporary parking out front so getting transport is quite easy, as well as getting food delivered. This place isn't marked on Grab so you'll need to be quite precise with the location for delivery, as well as providing a picture of outside of the hotel for your Grab delivery address. The room itself has automatic curtains, multi-styled plugs for international travelers, good lighting so you can sleep with the right amount of lights on if you want to. Hotel staff is confirmed to be 24/7 at reception, they'll always be someone there and they speak quite good English. Around the corner is a small local convenience store for buying extra water or local cigarettes. Down the road a bit is a 24/7 ABA Bank ATM that withdraws only in USD in amounts of 100USD bills so getting deposit for this place isn't that hard. However because the ATM does only 100USD bills, breaking this note at local shops is quite difficult.
