Nature vibes, close to the city. Big rooms and cold AC, fresh with many trees.

Good place however there’s alot of mosquitoes in the room, and the kitten roams around the place is not really safe if you have kids with you. As it tries to play with. but cat scratch can be source of rabies.

Amazing service, the view is super with lake, pool, coconut trees, and amazing food.One of the greatest places to stay😎

The lake was beautiful and the surroundings were pleasant, but unfortunately, the room was disappointing. It felt old and did not seem well-maintained. The air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, the shower pressure was weak, and the hot water wasn’t working. Additionally, the kettle was rusty and clearly very old. Overall, the room needs significant improvements

This place has gone downhill since I stayed here in 2018 and the price is too high for what they offer. The decorations, bathroom door, and flooring looked very cheap (ex. plastic "floorboards" that were peeling up and made noise when I walked on them, bathroom door was plastic and had trouble latching, laminated paper with WiFi instructions looked dirty and creased). They never cleaned my room in 4 nights and seemed reluctant to help when my friend's air conditioner remote was broken (I think they knew it was broken when we checked in - I didn't tell them it was the remote from her room, but they could tell). It took them 15 minutes to check us out, partly because the staff member at the desk couldn't tell us if our credit card had been charged yet or not when we booked online. Cambodians were filming a movie one day by the stairs to my room and I felt awkward interrupting them to go into my own room. Dirty dishes were left out on tables one morning from the night before. I never got the Wifi to work, which was stressful because I went there with work I needed to do. It's still a decent pool and a lovely green setting, and my friend liked her food - I used to enjoy day trips there when I lived in the area. Right after staying here, I moved 15 minutes away to Sarina Boutique, which was $15 less per night, included a nice breakfast, cleaned my room daily, and had very professional staff. Much better!

We were not welcomed on arrival & our reservation could not be found even though we had already paid in full, on booking. We were shown to a very ordinary room where the air conditioning did not work properly & which the person setting it up knew. The furniture in the room was weird - including an old massage table?! The pool was lovely but full of children & others who were not staying at the property & seemed to regard it as their own,making us feel very uncomfortable. We were not acknowledged or thanked when we left & felt we had been an unwelcome burden rather than guests. The worst property we stayed at & have paid far less for a much better & happier experience. Do not recommend.

It was pleasent...good for all ages of kids. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in Phnom Penh, located outside of the city center giving you a break from the crowd at a unique location with a lake where you can fish and a pool to swim. The rooms are very nice, the beds of good quality and the bathrooms very clean. Theres also a kitchen onsite able to provide 3 meals a day in case you want to relax at the resort
