Although the location is a bit far from the city center, there's a Lucky Supermarket and Orussey Market (with a great selection of food) nearby. The basic amenities are excellent. If the cleaning schedule doesn't align, they'll hang fresh towels on the door. The refrigerator keeps things very cold. It might depend on the room, but the door was heavy and a struggle to open each time. The Wi-Fi was just okay (I used my phone's hotspot when I needed a fast connection).

This is 1 star hotel not 4 star

The staff are quite kind and helpful. The room is spacious. The bedding is very clean and comfortable. The shower heads are good and so is the Wifi connection. Overall, a charming place to stay.

Yes the stay was truly a wonderful experience i stayed here fkr more than 30 days. Definitely recommend at the this price

1. The hotel cannot be called in centre as for everything you need a ride be it S21 Killing Field or Tuong Slang or Mall etc 2. There are alot of street food, small restaurants and shops around 3. Transport is available easily 4. Nightmarket and other locations is a bit far and need a ride min 2 usd 5. Hotel is not too clean as it may look in picture, the bed i got was full of stains and door of bathroom was broken 6. They have the lift which is good 7. Internet and Hot water is good 8. Staff dont speak english fluently but they manage things well

This hotel is extremely clean and spacious. They have hot shower all day and a hair dryer in the room. You can also go to the roof top to see the sunset. The hotel staff were nice and they remembered all my inquires. I didn't expect to have a big, city view window because my reservation didn't say the room had a window, so they might have upgraded my room too. I stayed there for three days, but I told the receptionist that I didn't need room cleaning. And they always hanged an amenity bag on my door for me. The hotel is just a 10-15 min walk from the long distance bus stop and many landmarks like the king palace, the genocide museum, and the big market (forgot the name).
