Nice hotel and staff. We only stayed one night before our return home, but very pleased. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location but streets are narrow with no sidewalks, so preferred to travel by tuktuk.

The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly, with a special mention for Ms. Lily at the front desk. She has been incredibly helpful and assisted us with our late evening check-in. The hotel also offers a wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant.

The service was excellent and the room was extremely clean. The front desk helped me book some sightseeing as well as a massage. Great experience.

Lovely hotel , comfortable clean rooms . Friendly staff.
The biggest disappointment was breakfast. A 4* hotel but with an at best 3* breakfast. Lacking quality and organization tbh.
Note that the laundry machines are not free like some other hotels, and it is $9.10 to use. It is better to take washing outside to local cleaners. Not checked if it states charge or not in booking description.

I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh! The service was exceptional – the staff was always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I loved the modern design that gives it a fresh, stylish vibe. Plus, the rooms were very comfortable, equipped with everything I needed. Given the level of service and quality of the facilities, I found the price to be very reasonable. Highly recommend Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh for anyone visiting the city!
