I couldn't give a fair review, because there was a strike from hotel staffs outside the hotel. The side door was closed.

I've stayed at several Hilton Garden Inns in the US, and this one in Philadelphia is definitely older. I just checked and didn't realize the last renovation was in 2007, which means it's almost twenty years old. Compared to other hotels that are only a decade or so old, this one clearly feels dated. The room was relatively spacious, and the AC noise, like in most US hotels, was quite loud. Also, the hotel entrance being under a bridge felt a bit strange. On the upside, it's very close to Chinatown, making it convenient for dining and buying fruit.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in in the US. It was so noisy, I couldn't sleep at all.

Disappointed with this stay. The hotel does not offer luggage storage service, which caused great inconvenience. Worse still, my pre-paid room rate was incorrectly charged twice. Hope the hotel can fix the billing issue and improve services.

I sent an email to the hotel asking to cancel my booking or change the dates. I couldn’t travel to Philadelphia because I was ill. The weather was awful in New York and I fell ill. I couldn’t travel any further. And I was only in the US for a few days. I’ve never encountered such disregard from a hotel before. A complete lack of response. This reflects very badly on the quality of service. I visit the US from time to time, but I’ll be giving this hotel in Philadelphia a wide berth. A total lack of respect for the customer.

Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia Center City was a great stay—super convenient location right next to Reading Terminal Market and just a short walk to major attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit pricey, but overall, it was a really solid hotel experience.

The hotel's location is simply the best: so close to Reading Terminal Market and Chinatown, and relatively easy to walk to most of Center City. Our room was larger than most we have stayed in, and the bed sleeps very comfortably. Great value for the price! We could hear some outside noise, but I imagine that is because we stayed overnight when the Eagles won the NFC Championship at home. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and extra security measures make the hotel feel safe.

The staff were not overly friendly, the hotel is in a good location and is easily walkable to most of the main sites in the area . The location becomes a little intimidating at night with homeless in the street outside the front doors. Parking is hugely expensive

Very good to live and breakfast is ok. A lot of The restaurants nearby and locate in Chinatown and train station only 2 mins walk. You may take train to airport directly with $6.75 on way. But if you rent a car and no free parking around the hotel.
