Hotels near Wat Khao Samphao Thong in Phe

I stayed for 3 nights. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's about a 10-minute drive to the beach. For the price, it's clean and the rooms are spacious. There was a balcony, but it faced the neighboring building so there was no view. I only stayed overnight so didn't eat. The parking lot may be full on the day before a holiday. Overall, it was well organized and comfortable. There was a refrigerator, hairdryer, body soap, and shampoo. There were no toothbrushes or conditioner.

The receptionist is good service. There is a room cleaning service with drinking water every day. Will definitely come back to use the service again.

Good location, in front of the hotel next to the sea, very good room, clean, wide, well-proportioned, good atmosphere, very caring staff. Uncle, the night watchman, gave good advice. The service is very good.

Worth it!! Good hotel good price. It a not far from beautiful beach but you have to have a car.

The house is very clean ​ There is no dust inside the house ​ There is a seat for dining on the ground floor ​ Inside the house, although it looks old ​ But the house is well maintained ​ Still worth staying There is a swimming pool ​ medium size ​ You can walk across the road to swim in the sea. Can borrow a food grill ​ Think there is a little cost * Be careful of dog shit ​ in the corridor ​ and parking lot. It seems that ​ there is no one to keep dog shit that let us walk around ​ in the resort ​

I’m not going to lie, we booked this island stay from Koh Chang as we were travelling islands, and I thought I’d booked Le Vimarn cottages. A place I’d wanted to stay for years. Instead I booked here. Same name, similar name! Not the same! I made a mistake with the booking, I have no regrets! I also have no doubt this resort will thrive, the amount of building work that was going on was skilful and impressive. Not ideal for us but the beach restaurants kept us happy all day! I don’t regret my location being wrong at all! It’s beautiful and stunning and I would come back in a heartbeat! I struggled to get a coffee before 9 am though because my facilities didn’t work in my room and I was up at 6 and looking for a functioning reception or breakfast bar really irked me! But apart from that, I’d say, work on your pool but I’d love to see your finished work in 6 months because this place will be Amazing! But please don’t sell your rooms without letting us know it’s under construction

The receptionist is lovely, take good care, the maid and the security guards are kind, take good care, go to rest once and tomorrow will go to rest again. Affordable price Near the Lotus and Pastion Department Store

This place is a hidden gem! Down a very small soi and you’ll find it on the corner. The rooms are immaculately clean. Really modern! Every room has a big bed, shower/toilet, desk and chair, mini fridge and TV. This does not feel budget hotel at all. You’d pay 5000 baht for a room like this in central Bangkok. I booked 4 rooms and everyone is fantastic! Great start to our holiday!

A wonderful Place to stay . This Resort is awesome . Eines der besten kleinen Resorts die wir je hatten . Personal ist außergewöhnlich Freundlich und versuchen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen . Die Anlage ist super schön und liebevoll gepflegt . Kleiner , aber wirklich nur kleiner Nachteil ist die äußere Umgebung . Vorm Resort ist eine Baustelle die aber zu keiner Zeit störend war . Zimmer sind top modern und super sauber . Zum Haupt Strand sind es etwa 1 Minute zu Fuß . Zudem hat das Resort noch einen kleinen Privat Strand . Zwar etwas steinig aber dennoch sehr schön . Wir würden jeder Zeit nochmal buchen . Einfach klasse !

I rated poor the restaurant not because of the food, not because of pricing BUT because staff let some people smoke right near our table and during all the time we spent at the restaurant we were annoyed by the cigarette smell. This is an open restaurant and near the sea so the wind brought right in our face the cigarette. We told the staff and for them they don’t see any problem with that. So seems smokers (who by the way was not even dining at the restaurant but just staying at the beach) are more valuable than anyone else at this place!! How this resort can authorize to let people smoke everywhere they want at the beach and right next to the restaurant? I really thought Samet Resort group was having proper service standards but actually they have not. It will be so easy to implement smoking zone near the road and a bit few steps away from the restaurant. Not sure if the management will see my feedback. Other things the restaurant was busy and not enough staff.. everyone was waiting long time for the food!! This was our first meal upon arrival at the resort and didn’t give good impression at all. Food was good, nice restaurant atmosphere next to the sea.
