Angsana Ho Tram

If you're tired of calling buggies and waiting around at resorts, I highly recommend this place. You can walk to everything within 3 minutes. The facilities are compactly and charmingly laid out. The biggest recommendation, though, is if you love swimming in your villa, I've never seen a private pool as spacious as the one here. When my companion fell ill, they promptly sent a medical professional who provided a consultation and prescribed medicine, and the staff at the lobby were always friendly and helpful. However, ordering room service was a bit inconvenient due to the language barrier. It would be much easier if each menu item had a number assigned to it for ordering.

This was definitely great value for money! The environment was lovely, and the pools were fantastic – there were two really big ones. It's also super close to the beach with amazing views. The complimentary dinner from the hotel was a wonderful surprise; the seafood buffet was excellent and left us very satisfied.

The hotel isn't bad, but there's nothing around it. Mostly locals stay here.

Highly recommend staying here, I slept incredibly well. As soon as I entered the resort, I immediately felt relaxed – a true vacation vibe. The room was spacious and beautiful, and the staff were very professional and courteous. The only downside was that calls to request a buggy ride to the pool or restaurant often went unanswered, leading to a 15-30 minute wait.

I've been to Meliá, Angsana, and Holiday Inn Ho Tram, and Meliá was definitely the best. Angsana's breakfast wasn't great and there wasn't much variety; it was even worse than Holiday Inn's. However, the staff's friendliness and cleanliness were both excellent at Angsana.

This hotel is right next to Meliá Ho Tram, sharing restaurants, pools, a gym, and the beach 🏖️ with Dawa. There's absolutely nothing around the hotel. It's a 3-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh Airport, and even a 30km drive to Vung Tau takes an hour. My advice is to just relax, eat, and stay at the hotel. If you do want to visit Vung Tau, you can stop by on your way back to Ho Chi Minh City. The three-bedroom villa is a combination of a king room and a two-bedroom villa, offering a really good amount of space.

The room is spacious and well-equipped, and the restaurant offers good quality food, although the service can be a bit slow.
